Having outlines, the talks, the suggestions all helped greatly - I then made it my own, including short interviews with a couple of people who had had good reason to 'use' the church as a safe space. The service was very well received.

The goods were sent swiftly, though I couldn't track them
The goods were sent quite quick, though I didn't have a tracking number. I had to install an APP that didn't help much.
In any case, all the books and materials arrived in good conditions.
