Great service and a great product

Sorry to say that the new Thix is just not as good as the old version - doesn’t smell as minty and works less magic on the hair….. Shame!

I like the product but I find it too thick to get out of the metal container easily, even using the pump it still comes out slow and doesn't get the last amounts from the container. I really wish you provided it slightly thinner, if this didn't compromise the quality and would be so much easier to use in a squeezable tube. I have seen a slight improvement in hair loss thank you.

I’m extremely disappointed with THIX. I’ve emailed them multiple times with a question about their product and have yet to receive any response. I’ve even gone through their entire FAQ section, hoping to find the answer, but it wasn’t helpful at all. It’s incredibly frustrating to be completely ignored, especially when I’m just asking for basic clarification.

The lack of communication and disregard for customer inquiries makes me seriously question how much they value their customers. I had higher expectations for a company like this, but after being ignored repeatedly, I won’t be buying from them again. If this is how they treat people with simple questions, I’d hate to see how they handle bigger issues."

Update regarding THIX response on 6 Nov 2024:

The reason for my one-star review is that I did not receive any response to the two emails I sent directly through your website. I did not use your hello@thixhair email address because your website’s FAQ specifically mentioned that for order cancellations, I should contact a different email. It was only after I left negative feedback that I received a response. This lack of communication prior to my review is the core issue I had with my experience. Additionally, you did not resolve my issue with your caffeine shampoo in the email exchange we had, which only added to my frustration.

Furthermore, when I left my review, it was flagged and reported for containing defamatory content, which I made sure it did not. It is concerning that the seller reported me, as my review did not violate trustpilot policies, but this action raises questions about the handling of customer feedback.

The products shampoo plus conditioner are excellent (5 Stars) and I would thoroughly recommend. Supply was good as I created a subscription and received supplies every month. I built up a 3 stock so reduced my frequency. On resuming I have not been able to receive a delivery since the end of June. My initial review reflected the lack of supply. Thix have been in touch to advise further supplies will be available in a few weeks. They had been overwhelmed with orders causing a stock out I am happy to amend my initial review on that basis based on on my previous experience. 4 stars. An observation on stock control after working in manufacturing where a single plant made several grades and a need to sell from stock and not production. It is sometimes necessary to reduce new customers to avoid a stock shortage jeopardising existing customers.

Love your products, but been waiting weeks for your shampoo to come back in stock so in the meantime been trying products elsewhere as have run out

I’ve been using both the shampoo and conditioner for over a month. It’s lasted a long time and my hair is down to my shoulder blades. I’ve had so many compliments on my hair. It feels and looks thicker, glossy and healthy. I’ve noticed much less hair loss when showering and can see new hair growth. The product also smells lovely and the packaging is gorgeous. I do wish there was an option to send the bottles back to the company to refill rather than recycle and also the option not to have a pump with a new order as I can use the old ones.

This is the only stuff I've ever used that actually works. I'm not sure if it's all visual and it just fattens up your hair or it gets the hair you already have to actually grow healthier and thicker in the first place as well. I've never noticed ever having my hair fall out, there has never been clumps in the shower, nor in the hair brush but it's really thinned out on the top at the front so you can see light beginning to shine through it. That light is beginning to disappear after about a month of use. So, no matter how it works, it certainly stands miles above any head serum I've used or any other shampoo.

Good product

Only two washes into using the shampoo and conditioner, but there definitely seems to be a positive effect, already! The styling paste is just what I was looking for too - a matt finish, thickening solution, that holds, but can be continuously styled throughout the day (perhaps with some additional application, if preferred).

Personally, I'm a fan of the scent and feel the Hair Care Routine bundle represents good value, at the discounted price of £30. Above that price and then I'm beginning to think otherwise.

So far, so good! I look forward to the longer-term results.

I like the product but have repeatedly had issues with YODEL who DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS AND REFUSED TO TAKE OWNERSHIP OF THEIR DRIVERS MISTAKE. I cancelled my food subscription service because of them. You should seriously think about using a reliable courier.

It works! My girlfriend not knowing I'd bought the shampoo remarked on my hair being thicker after using it twice.

It’s ok had better results with a brand I can buy on the high street which is also cheaper Smells ok. Won’t buy again.

Just bought me second bottle of the conditioner. Use with the a curl shampoo and my hair has become absolutely massive, it seems to really work. People keep saying whoa your hair is so big

Don’t tend to write reviews but after several email prompts, thought I would leave an honest one. Tried THIX for a number of weeks. No noticeable changes in hair thickness. At the price point, it’s probably worth giving alternatives a go. Don’t be wooed by the nice product design and branding.

Doesnt lather up very well even after using it twice.
I think it is growing my hair faster though so thats amazing.
Will probably not buy again as i think there might be better caffeine shampoos out there!
