The assistant, at the Victoria Street London branch was very pleasant and helpful. The service was first class both buying and selling my currency.

Useless - ordered online and waited half an hour in the queue at The Strand branch. Only one cashier on duty who eventually called someone else out from the back, who then told me that although they had quoted a rate for the currency and acknowledged my order that they didn't have any currency in stock.

Excellent customer service received at TEG - Liverpool Street branch in London.
It was simple ordering currency on line. On collecting the currency, the member of staff was efficient & helpful.
Only negative to state is there is no security at all for customers. Whilst waiting, a queue was forming behind me and I felt quite vulnerable, ie the currency could easily have been grabbed from my hands.
