Went to Richmond Branch to buy US Dollars - with all necessary ID. Was asked all sorts of questions re where I was going, how long for, the date I was leaving - none of which is any of anybody else’s business.

I asked for all large notes and received a quarter of the amount in $20 bills which are not accepted for local currency exchange in my holiday destination. Useless. I should have checked but we specified on the booking and again in store at collection, and the experience was rushed by police attending an incident between the staff and a homeless man while being served. Overall pretty poor from the Victoria branch.

The store was closed when I came to collect it and both, on their website and in-store working hours stated the store should have been opened. I ended up paying a little bit more to cross the road in the Strand Office in London. Poor customer service

Had a terrible experience with the manager in the Strand branch few weeks back. His behaviour was absolutely deplorable and very aggressive. Not only did he blatantly lie about the money that he could exchange but handled us extremely bad in front of other customers. Funny thing is that he wrote to my office in the local area about providing the best rates as well as great customer service which is an absolute joke. I have written to the head office and informed my office about his disgraceful behaviour.
