We understand why a small order processing fee is added, however the reason we are only ordering a limited amount is because we are a small business. $50 seemed pretty large. We asked for the fee to be waived because we placed another order 2 weeks later and it was denied and again we had to pay an additional $50, It would be nice if this fee could be waived for repeat customers. We are going to have a need for merchandise but would potentially look elsewhere due to this fee. Because the chances of us hitting the $300 upon every order is slim. But cumulatively over time, we'll end up spending a decent amount of money.

Great quality product and production. My only criticism is that the price is a little high in order to buy in bulk. I pride myself in quality performance with my clients and I’m hoping to do the same with advertising but at $30+ per hat, it’s unattainable.

The product was good, customer service good but I felt we got gouged with sone crazy fee because we only needed 3 shirts. Because of this I will not use again when we have a big order and we let others know there or more reasonable places to go.

I'm not opposed to paying the initial fee, but $50 for every order is over the top and will probably preclude me from re-ordering in the future because most of my orders are small..
