Not a big fan of the Small Order processing fee. Especially if a company has a multi-purchasing track record that spans over the years, there should not be a small processing fee for those recurring customers, period!

I wish the small order fee didn’t apply to designs I already have on file. I understand the need for an extra fee to design a logo or digitize the design but once I have that and have paid for that, it would be nice to order two hats without spending $100. Poot valué.

I wish you could waive the small order processing fee for a finite period of time. I ended up ordering more than $300 worth of products, but I wanted to see "in-hand" the products I was ordering before I ordered larger quantities. If I don't order more products within, say 45 days, then it would be appropriate to charge my credit card.

As a returning customer I feel like the small order processing fee is not necessary. I could understand it if it only applied to NEW customer's but when you already have done all the work to get my logo & such setup...it doesn't seem fair.

I understand smaller orders are an inconvenience but personally I place a small order before a larger order. They still needed to set up the machines and digitize the order I don’t see why I’d have to pay a fee to place an order for what I need and to test the company out first.
I do not mind paying the small order processing fee. We are a small two person business and don not need bulk clothing products.

The processing fee is reasonable for small ordering quantities.
Great Hat. The stitching is high quality. The price is outrageous. Unfortunately there is not many options for small businesses to get just there work uniforms. I could see paying in the 50.00 range but over a $100.00 for a ball cap is price gouging.
