I spoke to Mark recently for advice about mortgage deals in the turbulent financial situation we're currently facing. I had a number of complicating factors to discuss with him, and he really understood my situation, and gave me clear and helpful advice based on my personal circumstances.

I knew I could rely on Three Rivers, because Mark managed my initial mortgage application a while ago, and I absolutely trust his knowledge and opinion.

Unfortunately I became chronically ill not long after that initial mortgage completion, but because Mark had recommended payment protection insurance, I have been able to stay in my home and have had a source of stable income, which allowed me time and space to focus on my health and not be in state of worry about the roof over my head.

Richard was absolutely brilliant, we wasted 3 weeks with another broker firm l&c after we put an offer in on our house only to be told we couldn’t get a mortgage anywhere !
