Our mortgage application was processed very quickly and Matt was amazing the whole way through. Every question was answered and all updates were communicated promptly. It also really helped that he was available in the evenings and over weekends as things could be dealt with outside of work hours.

Working with Matt from Threshold was the easiest and least stressful part of our whole home buying process.

As a first time buyer, navigating the house purchase process and dealing with mortgages was incredibly daunting.

However, Alex and the team at Threshold Mortgages were fantastic, Alex is an absolute star, prompt, excellent communication, offered guidance unrelated to mortgages with helped with the anxiety I had.

We have issue of the first lender before the exchange which causes a lot of emotional distress and sleeplessness nights, but with Ross’s help and assistance he manage to find another lender that made the application completed within a very short time.
Ross also works weekend and nights and will send you email of update at late night which seldom happens with other mortgage advisor.
