Wow!!! What can I say? My experience with TM Financial Solutions has been nothing short of a blessing. This was my second time buying a house with them and as they completed my first mortgage without any hassle. This was the smoothest and easiest path I could have taken to secure a mortgage for my house. Despite the fact that many other mortgage advisers struggled to get me even one lender, Tom did not only get me an agreement in principle, but he also got my mortgage application approved in quick time. I'm not just talking about getting someone professional, but someone who can go the extra mile for you. Plus we had a lot of calls and messages even at out of office hours up till almost midnight. What can I say phenomenal service! The most stress free easy part of the whole move. Dealing with some of the other parties involved was extremely frustrating at times but honestly carly and the team were just awesome. Carly who we dealt with mostly had such a chill vibe and if I ever felt flustered or overwhelmed she would say don't worry we are currently on a desert island. We are all good we have got this. Our mortgage was even released ahead of time. It was incredible and we often wondered why this team had everything in hand but other aspects and teams were so shoddy. Tom helped me to secure my first ever mortgage and has now arranged my first renewal.
Between Tom and the team at TM Financial Solutions, they have taken all the stress and pain away from the process. I simply sent an email to say I would like the help and they went away and did all the work for me. It cost me £0 to renew through them which is crazy because of the work and effort they all put in.
