We were given a contact of Carly Mills from TM Financial Solutions from the developer that we are purchasing a property with and Carly has been absolutely fantastic! She has put so much work into our file, kept us informed at every step of the way especially in this challenging market, we have had to switch lenders due to the amount of time one lender was taking and Carly resourced another lender and we had a mortgage offer within 1 week.

I would highly recommend Carly from TM Solutions and we would definitely use her again and also recommend to our family and friends. I would also like to say Aleisha who did all our processing has also been absolutely amazing! Thank you so much to both of you we are very grateful!

This is the second property I have purchased through TM Financial Solutions. It was a particularly complicated purchase with a refinance (and a transfer of this property into a company name) happening concurrently with a purchase of a second property...with equity being drawn from the first to pay for the deposit on the second.

Tom and his team overcame multiple speed bumps and their knowledge and expertise in their trade made it an extremely smooth and manageable ride for myself.

I cannot recommend this company enough. I honestly do not believe that there is a mortgage problem out there that they cannot overcome and I will not hesitate to employ them again for the purchase of my next property.

Lastly, Tom and Aleisha are an absolute pleasure to correspond with; always polite and happy to help...excellent company and even better people.

Contacting Paul for advice on porting our mortgage to a new build property was one of the best things I have ever done.

I had originally planned to handle this myself, but very quickly realised that there were complexities with moving an existing fixed rate mortgage to a house that was not yet built, so contacted Paul following a recommendation from the developer. Not only did Paul (and Aleisha) handle everything for us, but they also explained every step of the process in a really clear way. When I had questions about the forms I had to complete Paul was extremely quick to respond with the information I needed.
