Well what can I say
Firstly what a stressful time it has been moving home in the UK, as a single working mum getting my first home has been hard graft.
However … without Carly and Aleshas support I would have not even got a mortgage. Carly has been kind, understanding and professional from the minute I spoke with her on the phone.
Nothing was ever an issue and even on weekends and evenings when I was worried and anxious she always got back to me and replied and made me feel at ease.
When things went wrong 9 days before completion she was on the case immediately and was very supportive and kind.
Overall I can say the best money I have spent! The broker before Carly … was well rude and unprofessional.
All I can say is thank you I can’t thank you enough!
