Placed an order in November 2024, was told delayed posting due to Christmas which I expected but it is now February 2025 and still no items. I have sent numerous emails, whatsapps and Instagram messages with no response. Customer service is horrendous. They have celebrities posting their items on Instagram but clearly can not handle the traffic it creates. Was really looking forward to giving the items as a gift but now seems like even a refund is unlikely.

Ordered 2 items in September with the estimated delivery for 1 item saying 1 week and the other 3 weeks. Only received 1/2 of my items after 2 months in November. Gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking the other item was shipped separately but never received it. Messaged her on instagram and WhatsApp in January and was told she would help me but stopped replying when I asked for a refund and has ignored several of my messages. The cardigan that I did receive is good quality however, it is just really unfortunate that the customer service is terrible and basically non existent. It is not worth the hassle and a waste of time and money avoid!!

I would give no stars if I could .
I ordered 29th October 2 cardigans ,waited til Jan 25 to message as it was Christmas and gave them the benefit of the doubt but no reply
Messaged numerous times on different platforms insta / email/web chat
Nothing !
Got a reply eventually said they would find out what had gone wrong
Then nothing/nada haven’t heard anything again
So £70 quid out of pocket no cardigans for my granddaughters Christmas

Scam. Ordered a jumper in November and received nothing still. Sent emails to find out what’s happening with this and got no reply.

DO NOT BUY HERE!!! IT‘S SCAM YOU WILL NEVER GET AN ANSWER, YOUR ITEM OR YOUR MONEY BACK!!!

If I could give this no stars I would. I ordered a cardigan on the 29/11. Understanding Christmas pressures I understood it would be delayed. Got a email apologising saying it will be shopped, come the 10th of January still no update. Have contacted customer services, still no response other than stating they will refund but have not. It is an awful company. DO NOT BUY FROM.

Ordered a cardigan and boot set on the 5th of December - said it was a 3 week turn around which was fine, contacted them on the 28th of December to ask if the order had been shipped, no reply. Contacted them again a few days later (30th) to which they said the order had been shipped out that day but only the cardigan and the boots would be seperate, fast forward to the 7th or january still no cardigan and no tracking number for Royal Mail to track, I continued to email asking for the tracking number etc and the girl just skated around the question saying this will be looked into. On the 14th on January I messaged again as still no tracking updates or dispatch email and they also stated the boots had been dispatched but no info regarding them tracking wise etc either, so I asked for a refund, was told they could send something else out instead but I wanted a refund. I then got an email the next day saying a refund had been processed and would take 5-10 business days, lo and behold 10th business day iv still no refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY... BOUGHT AN ITEM BEGINNING OF DECEMBER AND STILL NOT RECEIVED. ALL EMAILS IGNORED BY THEM. FRAUDULENT COMPANY....

Absolutely gutted. I ordered an item as a gift 5 weeks ago. I don’t mind waiting however I have tried numerous times to contact the company for an update as the items are by no means cheap! However no response. I am starting to get very worried that I have lost money…

Ordered a bow cardigan , did have a little bit of a delay messaged the company it was abit all over the place as I assume she had a large issue and a number of customers emailing etc. however she offered to send me a different cardigan that was in stock which was perfect as it wasn’t too different and then to my surprise she sent us the original cardigan out as well not long after it was back in stock. We love both our cardigans and will definitely be ordering more 🥰❤️

I ordered a handknit cardigan and leggings on 23rd October 2024 and I've still not received them! Emails have been ignored so I messaged on tiktok and had a few unhelpful replies. I was told the cardigan has been shipped on 23rd December but the leggings were out of stock. Still not received the cardigan and I have asked multiple times for tracking information to be sent which they said would be sent "immediately" but still waiting on this. I was told a refund for the leggings was already being processed but again not had a refund. Terrible customer service! AVOID! Don't be fooled by the social media posts and followers, maybe if they put as much effort into ensuring their orders are fulfilled as they do into posting on social media they would have happy customers!

I should have read the reviews before ordering! I.ordered on 21.11.24 and the website stated a 3 week delivery period. Thisnwas supposed to a Christmas gift, and I had ordered on time. Did not receive it before Christmas. Just before Christmas I got an email stating that there had been some delays and it would be shipped on 27.12, that didn't happen. Finally got an email on 10.1.25 stating my order is on its way. Who knows when it will arrive. Its already been 7 weeks since I ordered. I sent multiple emails chasing up the delivery, got 1 reply stating to provide my order number even though it was provided, other than that I have been ignored. For the lateness I was offered £5 off token for my next order, which is useless as i wouldn't order again! Don't bother buying from this company, it's a shame as the items do look lovely online.

Never received my item although I ordered 4 weeks in advance for a pre-order item. Never received an update on ETA. Chased multiple times, had a response on Instagram which stated the item I had paid for wasn’t actually available. Never received any refund and still chasing to this day!

The worst experience with this company!! I ordered my friends daughter a birthday present this included a Cardigan and leggings I never received it in the time frame that was given 2-3 weeks and 2 months later I still hadn’t received these items after contacting her several times I was ignored eventually I received replies which weren’t helpful I was told these would reach me soon I still never received them and when I complained again I got a reply the items were now out of stock and go pick something else when I ordered these 3 months ago!!! I picked something I wasn’t able to order these either! She then said she was add in extras for the hassle and she would get either or of the items I liked made for me which was fair when I received my order I only received the cargo tan I originally ordered NO leggings or NO extras I messaged her about Thai and still not had a reply !!! I Spent £55 on an order an only received £30 worth of my order happily take my money but not send me my whole order. absolutely awful customer service

I wish I had read the other 64% of 1 star reviews before ordering but with it being a verified account on Instagram with multiple followers I wrongly assumed that it would be a reputable company. The worst customer service I have ever experienced, this is the first time I have felt I needed to write a negative review on a business. I made my order two days before the GUARANTEED Christmas cut off they posted on their Instagram which was 25/11 (It also stated that max production time was 3 weeks). It got to 5 weeks and still no sign of my items despite multiple messages and no communication to highlight the reason for the extensive delay. Then I was told half of my order will be sent (which was a lie as I didn't received a dispatch notification until 4 days after they said they were sending). I am still awaiting the other part of my order and not sure if I will even receive this. They have failed to let me know the reason why the other half of my order hasn't been created. It was meant to be a Christmas gift and I am unsure why they would fulfil half an order when it was a matching set and both items were required. Surely orders are mean't to be fulfilled in order of purchase date and I find it hard to believe that they are 6 weeks behind. They are likely fulfilling influencer orders before anyone else!!

I have ordered from Tiaroses several times now and the quality and service has been amazing! The outfits are just adorable. We have had so many compliments each time Ari has wore them. I would highly recommend ordering from here. The costumer service is fantastic, such a lovely and helpful person. Thank you so much for everything.

I ordered two cardigans on the 3rd November. The website advised that the turnaround time was 3 weeks. Since the 10th December, I have been told twice that I will receive a dispatch email by the end of the week and I am still waiting for my items. These are Christmas presents and will clearly not arrive in time for Christmas. I have never had such a bad experience and is hands down the worst company I’ve ever purchased from. Based on other people’s reviews it’s clear this company is a scam. I will be contacting my bank on Monday and will be asking if there is anything I can do to get my money back as they are now not responding to my messages, absolutely zero professionalism. I would 100% avoid this company.

Awful experience. Avoid unless you want to run the risk of being scammed out of money. It truly has been one of the worst shopping experiences. Waited over 7 weeks for my order to arrive. It arrives with an item missing. Contacted the company advised they would send the missing item. It never arrived despite a second communication from them advising they would send it. Essentially had the value of the purchase stolen by this company. The missing item also formed part of a set. This has been going on for months and still my order is unfulfilled. I have given up all hope that the order will be fulfilled or refunded.
Don’t be fooled by the social media posts or their lovely products it really is going to be a matter of luck if you are going to receive what you have paid for.

When i got nervous as the shipping was taking long i emailed them and they were really quick with their replies which made me happy.
