The worst company ever! Dont buy tickets through tickets.lt I ordered 3 tickets from Lithuania to Alicante, Spain. They charged my account for 776 Eur right away and then they send an email that tickeys are more expensive niw and I have to pay 600 Eur more. Of course I didnt want to pay and asked them to cancel this offer because I dont want to pay that much. I have still been waiting for a refund for 2 months, contacted customer care but all they say - wait.... I am loosing my hope to get the money back.
Update: 25 07 2023. Finally we got the money back but after a bad rating here they reacted quickly.

Worst customer experience ever. It was a mistake (error on dates) that I discovered 5 minutes after buying : no chance to cancel or rebook with corect dates, no chance to change dates (they counted fines more than double price in comparison with initial flight price.). Avoid tickets.lt !!!

This company is making check-ins on behalf of a client and then the client cannot manage the booking. I can't access my booking on the airline website, couldn't make any changes, they have assigned the worst possible seats. We are traveling as a family and our seats are not together. Writing it here so that the company could learn something new - if a family is traveling together there is a 100% chance they will want to sit together on the plane (you know, it helps with the kids and it's just fun to travel together). I know it is hard to imagine, but it is a fact. Not to mention the hell I am going through right with the airline trying to update my booking, spent an hour on the line already, and still no luck... tickets.lt makes your life harder.

The experience was terrible. Never order tickets via this platform!! The flights were canceled just after our booking and we did not receive refund yet! The flights cancelation happened three months ago. All what we get, is a kind explanation that the airlines agency did not refund them yet. But its a lie! We have contact directly airlines regarding the refund and got the answer that money were transferred to tickets.lt long time ago! But we did not get anything so far! Be careful and choose another platform for your journeys if you care about your stress level and money!

Terrible experience!
After my flight was canceled, cose of the airline mistake, airlines agreed to make a refund. 3 months later, after numerous emails and calls, my money still not refunded and im just getting repeated answers that "has already been calculated and now my colleagues from the financial department doing their best to make sure your funds will be back in your bank account as soon as possible"

I cancelled a ticket I bought with Tickets.lt. I received a countdown of 3 hours to do the ticket cancelation and request a refund. I missed that chance and I had to do it egain. From €1800 that was the initial payment, 12 hours after was £1114. Thanks to Ellie support from Skyscanner team, Itickets.lt finally returned my money after 4 months.

In July, we cancelled our flight to Paris since scheduled time was changed by two days. I contacted tickets.lt about it, and they said no worries, money will be returned. I have contacted them few times, said that haven't received money from airlines and only then it will reach me. No response from their side since today, when I repeatedly contacted them again. More than half a year has passed, still no money have been refunded. Worse experience ever, do not recommend.

Scam site avoid at all costs. My wife was trying to purchase flight tickets to Dubai for our anniversary via Skyscanner and the next thing she has 100 euros taken from her bank account and email from tickets.lt saying she has successfully registered with their site. No sign of any booking and when she emailed they said they had no record of her email address, even though they sent her an email first!

My family nearly lost our holiday. My son in law bought tickets from tickets.lt to go to Antalya.When flights have been canceled we didn’t get message from them, actually airlines informed us just less than a week before flights.We communicated with airlines and they told that refund was taken place on 12/04/2022, although tickets.lt kept saying they are awaiting money from airlines.Last email from tickets lt was in October saying that refund will be issued in 7 days.Unfortunately we are now in mid January and no refund…yet. We are not sure now if we even will be able to get it…

I would like to share our experience with tickets.lt
There’s no doubt that we never ever would use them again.We have bought tickets to Turkey last year in April. Unfortunately airlines cancelled our flights. There were no problems with airlines, they sent refund to tickets.lt straight away.We contacted tickets.lt on numerous occasions but still didn’t get our money back.
No one can tell how long we will have to wait….

I have used these services before but the flight was cancelled. Even though I had to wait for my return for about 2 years, I did receive it eventually so at least the company will responsibly give you your money back if something goes wrong. after I wrote a review on trustpilot about my experience the company was very swift to return the money which was pleasantly surprising.

What of the worst experience ever happened. Just go around and pay a bit more, just do not buy ticket from this site. Because you will have more problems if something goes wrong, no money no flight.
Also I see from their comments to other reviewies, they just double down, because they know that for normal people go to the court with them are not an option.

The worst ever customer experience I have had.
First I payed 200 eur only for service fee to change dates, when KLM directly to them was offering it for free. Ok, its my bad.
Problems started later. KLM has cancelled connection flights, and was offering me other options, but since I bought tickets through tickets.lt, they said I have to confirm changes through them. I have emailed tickets.lt - no reply, i repeated email, still no reply, i was emailing them 4 weeks and they never replied to me. Then I called them, and they said that no flights are cancelled and everything goes by plan!
I contacted KLM, flights were cancelled. 3 weeks left to my flights, but tickets.lt still has no info! 2 weeks prior departure I get email that I have to confirm changes since flights are cancelled. I confirmed. And I received completely different itinerary than i was confirming! AMS - Salt lake became AMS- Chile with 1 year connection wait time! This is ridiculous, i never was treated as bad.
PS After they informed me here, that everything is fixed, i still got tickets with wrong connection country. Bravo tickets.lt 😄 I give you -1 star

As you may noticed that they are hiding behind multiple countries so it would be basically impossible to contact them or identify them if you want to provide consumer rights complaint.
So basically if you want but tickets from them be assured that if you have some question or inquires or you would like to return the tickets, you basically lost your money.
Hope these kinds of organisations will be closed soon.

If I could I would rate this business as a 0 star. We bought our tickets less then 24 hours price increased twice? So we decided to call them in the morning as there was no reason. Guess what a lady answers who struggles to even speak or understand English is this normal? You neither can speak Lithuanian as is English only. So she explained it increased because of the way we choose to pay? But wait there was no options to choose? Anyways guys just be careful waste and waste of time honestly businesses like these should be shut.

Skyscanner found they have one of three best offers for plane tickets 1951.50 eur for 4 persons. After filling all the information for 4 persons I was offered to select payment type. Payment by bank card had 5 options - 4 of them had 0 fee (Mastercard or Visa + Debit or Credit) and Maestro card had -124 eur discount. When I select pay by Visa card (0 eur fee) - price increased by those 124 eur (2075.50 eur total, please), so it was bigger, than buying directly from airline company. It is false advertising and I will not use this service again.

When you advertise price €1951.50 - then €124 is not a discount. It's a penalty €124, for paying with card, other "Maestro", as it adds to the price.
Also my negative feedback is that you waste my time asking for all travelers information and only after that show the final price.

CRAP SERVICE
EITHER DISHONEST OR STUPID
I found the overall business service to be very poor and communication to be confused or dishonest.
When I tried to book the system crashed 4 times and the fifth time it autofilled the incorrect name for one passenger.
Despite multiple emails they were completely useless and not prepared to assist even though it was a flaw with their system. They sent conflicting messages and lied to me that the ticket name could not be corrected, or if the airline would change there would be a charge.
I contacted Pegasus who were perfectly happy to correct the name at no charge.
They said that we couldn't check in on-line. WRONG, we checked in on-line.
They were either too lazy, dishonest or disinterested in the customer to help, they could easily have contacted Pegasus and resolved the problem.

When we bought the tickets the acknowledgement screen stated that we could not check in on-line.
Also you need to sort out your payment process as this crashed 4 times causing the main problem.
In future I shall book direct with the airlines.
