My payment via the website didn’t go through so I emailed customer support for help. Emma emailed me back quickly (in the evening) with a detailed, helpful explanation and a resolution to the problem (which was actually due to a Visa outage). Very impressive customer service.

We took out insurance for our tickets for an Acro Competition our daughter was participating in. She can no longer compete but we cannot claim back our tickets cost! Pointless paying extra for insurance!
