When first brought item said was going…
When first brought item said was going to be 1-2 weeks. Took 4 weeks for delivery
Each time speaking to tides passed me to the delivery service only and never actually helpful
Delivery required two man which was increase cost. Parcel arrived with one man easily carrying parcel in to house with one hand
Item had arrived scratched and dirty / not worth the money.

Communication poor
Bought a pair of cushions in August, delivered in early October after myself chasing along the way, being told not in stock coming in soon, no apologies and definitely no communication till I email next time, very poor service.
I noticed the week before delivery the same cushions were on offer yet mine still awaiting delivery asked them and told again due in soon, when asked about the discount told you had them cheaper anyway so nothing we can do I suppose the advertised for 28 days at a higher price before discount does not apply as waited nearly 50 days for them. Would suggest if you want be prepared to wait.

We are sorry you were not happy with the service you received, we really don’t like to delay deliveries for our customers and are always trying to improve on that. I have looked into what happened, you ordered the cushions on the 29th Aug and they were delivered to you on the 2nd Oct (34 days) after the order, which is not ideal but we did tell you they were going to be delayed and you said you were happy to wait. With regard to the discount, you purchased the cushions when we were offering a 15% discount, which ended 3 weeks before and the cushions are now discounted by 10% so for that reason, we were not able to offer further discount. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we appreciate feedback to help us improve and our apologies again that we disappointed on this occasion.
