Black Forrest refil
It was difficult to find the defusier refill so was pleased to find it at such a good price, bought 3 which made the postage more bearable although it was very quick delivery.

Fantastic company
Fantastic company, their customer service is spot on ! There was a slight mix up with my delivery order, however they acted upon it very promptly.I ordered 3 large white Hydrangeas flowers and the quality is excellent.

I was so disappointed with this…
I was so disappointed with this product! It wasn’t cheap so I was expecting something really nice but sadly I can barely smell the scent despite having turned the sticks a couple of times over the last few weeks. You literally have to have your nose touching them to smell anything. And even when you can, the scent itself is pretty rubbish. It’s not nice at all & the only thing I can liken it to is hairspray. Literally smells like I’ve sprayed the room with elnett. Wouldn’t recommend or purchase again.

We had the lovely lads from Tides deliver and assemble the table for us with no extra charge. Table is top quality 👍

I purchased a sideboard and wall art. Wall art was amazing and on sale. The sideboard was not good quality (I’d give it 1 🌟) was defected but dealt with quickly and professionally. They gave a partial refund but in hindsight I wish I had just returned it now.
5 stars for customer service! Poor quality sideboard though which came straight from suppliers so not really Tides fault.

There was some
information re the product on the website that was confusing but the company have quickly responded and put it right. The diffuser is lovely and I would buy again.

Loved the vase but didn’t realise just how big it was gona be just wish the measurements would come in inches as well as centimetres soo I ordered the smallest one as well look great together and I got them in the sale
