TICKET DECEPTION
I paid a £137 for two tickets for the Arsenal v spurs game . They were due to arrive 7 days before the game , this didn’t happen instead I got an email from ‘ Damon’ saying that they were waiting for the tickets to be released and that this was standard procedure, and when I emailed him back with some concerns he assured me that they would be emailed to me yesterday. This didn’t happen, the excuse being that they had been misallocated . Instead he offered me a choice of 4 complimentary tickets for a match of my choice worth £1200 each rather than a refund , if they can’t deliver on 2 standard tickets then this is not going to happen.
I now realise I’ve been scammed by this ‘ company’ and wouldn’t like this to happen to any body else . If you look at the reviews they don’t ring true really and I should have been abit more savvy maybe . DONT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL LOSE TOUR MONEY.

Don’t buy tickets from this website it’s a scam. Brought 2 Arsenal vs spurs tickets for £140. Said I would receive them a week before the game, that date then changed to another date. After the second date come I still hadn’t received any tickets. I emailed and asked where my tickets were, they got back to me and said unfortunately they haven’t got the tickets for that game. They tried to offer me other tickets for other games, however I just wanted a full refund which I still haven’t received and haven’t had a reply.

It’s shocking that companies like this…
It’s shocking that companies like this sell tickets ( even give you an allocated seat number) then email on the day that we’re supposed to be receiving the tickets, to say “sorry the tickets are un available.” These were for my son’s birthday, we had train tickets and dog sitter booked
Do not spend your money with this company. Also be cautious as they have no Google review page.

I’ve seen a fair few reviews saying this is a scam, tier one tickets keep replying with we are official and partners with the premier league not the clubs them selfs. Which does make sense. But then I don’t know how one of “the premier leagues partners” can sell champions league tickets
