Bought 2 tickets to Arsenal v”spurs” for £140. Now gone all quiet about a refund

Full of rubbish, we paid for 6 people expecting the tickets to come from the 18th and still waiting, paid 600 and got to the point where they said wait for tomorrow so we will see otherwise I want our money back.

bought 2 tickets , was told id get them 7 days before match , waited and nothing , then got email saying dont worry and was reasured 2 days before event they would arrive , booked travel and accomadation on strength of the emails to be let down last minute , total scam do not use

Do not give these muppets your money they are full of crap. scammers sat behind a computer screen sending out un professional emails as a reply back. Spent £140.00 on Newcastle tickets two weeks ago. match day is today and still waiting. Not be long before they’re shut down and bank accounts looked into.

Paid for a football ticket. Told would get e mail 7 days before event, then 2 days before. E mails were to reassure me, but ticket never arrived. Unable to send e mail today for some reason. I am 73 yrs old and not affluent. I would avoid this site. Many good ratings on here seem to be from outside the UK. I intend to contact Ripoff Britain and suggest that others do the same.

i have bought 2 tickets for Liverpool V Nottingham on 4/11/25 match is on Sat 22/11/25 3pm, i am still waiting for 2 tickets at this time 8.40am 22/11/25.
i sent few emails no reply back i paid £140 for 2 tickets main stand block L4

I don’t know who is leaving 5 stars but please do not buy from this company, after reading the positive reviews I ordered some tickets, I then read other reviews and asked for a refund. I am still waiting and asked for proof of refund but have heard nothing. If something seems too good to be true be wary. I have reported to trading standards so hope nobody else gets fooled.

SPAM never buy tickets from them

Absolutely stay away from this bunch. Just another herd of conmen. Really pissed off with myself for falling for it. They taken £280 from me and never sent the tickets and now ignoring my requests for refund so don’t even contemplate doing anything with them. Hope they get caught and get sent to prison.

Requested a full refund and since then… I am waiting. The worse thing is it was my birthday present. Unbelievable… I really hesitate and don’t know how I fell on this! Disappointed in myself

I ordered 4 arsenal tickets vs tottenham. All seemed okay they was emailing me back the day I was supposed to recive my tickets they seemed to have disappeared and got nothing back! I should off done some research on this company before I orderd from them. I would agree with offers and say this company is a scam!!

They scam you, its not a real website and they will take your money, promise tickets and days before say they dont have them and offer you something completely ridiculous and unachievable in replacement, iv asked for a refund and as expected no reply, I have reported them to Companies House and I do have addresses of the owners if anyone else would like them? Disgusting how they just scam people, these were a gift and now very last minute and out of pocket I will have to try and find something else as buying tickets now will be near on impossible.

I paid a £140 for two tickets for the Arsenal v spurs game . They were due to arrive 7 days before the game , this didn’t happen instead I got an email from ‘ Damon’ saying that they were waiting for the tickets to be released and that this was standard procedure, and when I emailed him back with some concerns he assured me that they would be emailed to me yesterday. This didn’t happen, the excuse being that they had been misallocated . Instead he offered me a choice of 4 complimentary tickets to 1 of 4 games for a worth £1600 each or a full refund, so asked for the refund now radio silence.
I now realise I’ve been scammed by this ‘ company’ and wouldn’t like this to happen to any body else. DONT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL LOSE UOUR MONEY.
