Bought some safety wellies from them

Bought some safety wellies from them. Worst wellies ever but not all their fault as you get what you pay for and they were mid range price wise.
Their Website asks you to review products you have bought. SO I DID.....but because it was negative they never added it to the site.
So basically the only reviews you will see on their site are the ones they want you to see ie this product is great. Not the ones were the customer says poor product. !!!

Avoid!

Avoid!! Sent out wrong size product very slow at responding to email would not refund or replace until I got PayPal involved once I sent goods back they did refund but will not respond or reimburse me the cost to send goods back.
It took over a month and I'm still out of pocket

Avoid this company

Avoid this company! Safety boots arrived but after only a couple of wears they split, took 3 contacts for anyone to get back to me, eventually provided with a returns label through Yodel They lost parcel at their depot but I need the company to give me the reference number so I can claim MY money back. No response after 5 attempts, so going to have to try getting money back through my bank. Company have my money but I have no boots a month later, customer service terrible.

Slow but steady wins the race

Ordered Feb 22nd, Arrived March 2nd (Day 9) so on the slow end of slow (meant to be 3-7 days) but items as described and well packaged. Price was far lower than for identical products elsewhere

If I could give ZERO starts I would.
Ordered some boots that never arrived.
Emails not answered, tried phoning but that isn't answered either.
Talked to my bank and they have refunded the money and they have started proceedings to lodge a dispute with Tiger Safety.
ABSOLUTLEY AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Do not buy from them

Same experience as the other reviews. Bought wellies Sept 23 on Amazon lasted about a month before splitting. Still trying now for a refund even though sent the wellies back. Ignoring emails and messages on amazon, really poor products and customer service is non existent. Do not buy from them.

IGNORE EVERYTHING THIS COMPANY PROMISES

Ordered wellies through Amazon. Arrived 3 days late. No tracking info on Amazon. Refused refund despite missing delivery date. Ordered alternative for delivery by required date, didn't realise from same company. First pair turned up, not great quality, waiting with trepidation for round 2.

Con artists, left out of pocket

Absolute con from start to finish, sent a much lesser product, refused to send return postage label, had to open a case with PayPal and will have lost out on shipping costs for no reason. Con artists, terrible service, amazed they’re allowed to trade. Avoid at all costs

Awful company

Awful company. Ordered shoes over a month ago at a cost of £98. After several emails still not heard anything. Please avoid at all costs, i deal with 100's of suppliers and these are by far the worst I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

Ordered work boots express delivery 2-3 days. 5 working days later nothing. No delivery company notification. I emailed them yesterday morning - no response. Phoned them today- No response. Should Have done my home work before ordering!
Update - Boots 'delivered' i.e. left at side of house, after one week without any delivery notification. Boots are the quality item I ordered though so happy ending!

Do not buy from this company
I bought a pair of Stormwells wellingtons which split and leaked after a month of occasionally walking in the park on wet days.
They responded to my email at first and asked for a number off the boot but then they would not respond to my emails and they don't answer the phone.
Dreadfull!

Do not purchase from this company. They have not refunded goods returned over a month ago. They do not answer emails and their phone number just rings out. On two occasions the wrong boots have been sent out and you have to pay to return. Appalling customer service, avoid at all costs!

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

DON'T USE. This is an untrustworthy company. My husband bought a pair of Dunlop wellingtons which leaked after wearing 4 times. Purchased from this company through Amazon. Asked for refund or replacement within 2 months they would not do anything and neither would Amazon. would give a nil star rating if that were possible. If you think you are safe purchasing through Amazon you aren't!!!

Scammers

Agree with Emma this company is a disgrace I ordered a pair of boots Feb 6th 2021, still waiting for them they take your money and you get no goods at first was getting replies from Andy Carr then nothing tried ringing several times automated voice kept telling you to ring back later this company is scamming customers, reported them to my firm in January they tried contacting them and again managed to get a couple of emails off Andy Carr he said order will be sent, still no boots, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY YOU HAVE BEEN. WARNED
