Sold 3 ILLEGAL, SERIAL NUMBER SWAPPED, USED, DAMAGED construction LASERS as "NEW"
LONG, ARDUOUS REFUND PROCESS & dealt with construction work liquidated damages due to equipment condition. We have copious digital records, time-stamped video & image evidence to back all claims made in this statement.

Horrible company!!!! Do not buy anything form here. I ordered 2 bipod attachments at the end of January and it is now the end of February and I still have not received them. After e-mailing and calling a few times I finally spoke with someone and they transferred me to some one else who told me I needed to call UPS because it had been shipped. However, the tracking information showed a package was shipped to North Carolina from California then back to California and I'm in Maryland so WTF??? Buy from somewhere else, I wish I had.

Miss-leading ship times shoes 24-48 hours .. 2 weeks with no updates , send an email and they said it's been ordered and will ship when they get it !!!

Had what I needed exactly at a very good price. Took a while to ship, maybe couple weeks. I was getting a little bit worried. I contacted them and they responded immediately and I did receive my TopCon lasers. I'm very happy with the value. I would do it again.

Ordered an instock item according to their website and their website says ships within 24-48 hours. After a week of no shipping notification I called in. I was told by their rep Perry that the item was in fact in stock but their warehouse was not shipping last week and my invoice would state that items are estimated to ship within 24-48 hours. This is conflict with their website. Seems to be a bait and switch once they have your money.

This company sent a 1/2 filled jar of candy with 7 opened candybars and all candy melted as well as candy that was expired and inedible!!! Asked for a refund and they refused and gave me the runaround ! Do not order from this company - they are not even BBB accredited!!! Stay away !!!

Purchased item and was shown ship date..no notification, no tracking so I e-mailed to check status. Was told item back-orderd. Decided to cancel order and purchase elsewhere. Tiger customer service told me to "shove it up my ass" literally. I then turned them into my credit card fraud unit. If they are not scammers then they are the next best thing. Also if you look at reviews, they are writing them themself s. Do not do bushiness with this company!

The Toner I ordered was fresh without a ton of shelve life like I have gotten from their competitors. The delivery was quick and the communication from order to delivery was fantastic.

Purchased 3 garage door remote duplicators which were displayed as suitable for my remote. Followed instructions to the letter on many occasions. Asked for assistance via email on many occasions, asked for a refund but they just fob me off constantly. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM - the are con merchants.

Beef and Blossoms have been purchasing cupcake boxes from Tiger Supplies for almost a year now on a regular basis. We bake and sell mini bundt cakes and these boxes are perfect for displaying and selling our cakes. I love the clear plastic opening for people to actually be able to see our product. We had bought other boxes before and the plastic opening on top had not been sealed properly so we lost a large amount of boxes from that company, we have not had any problems with Tiger Supplies boxes, would highly recommend.

The worst customer service in the world.

I called and asked for help in getting a lenker rod and the guy was no help at all. I ended up getting the wrong thing and they won't exchange it for the right item.

First they said it was on their website and when I told them I didn't order it on their website they said it was my fault for not knowing exactly what I needed.

I bought the one recommended by their guy.

Had a very hard to find item and had a good inventory so I also bought one for my coworker and a spare for myself(3 total). Shipped fast and arrived in great condition. Prices on par with what’s out there. Have bought several things from them since

Don't panic about the shipping date stated, the items usually ship sooner, but never later. I think they are estimating conservatively...product is packed so it doesn't get damaged, and always arrives safely. I've ordered from them several times, never any issues.

Professional commercial grade land surveying equipment was delivered to my door fast. The Company follows up to insure that we receive our product every time we have an order and they offer expert service support via email anytime there is a question.
