Good people. Everything was as it should be. Prices were competitive.

I’ve had my coat for 2 years and have been satisfied with it. Keeps me warm and I feel safe with the high reflection of jacket. I’m a large person and tall so I had to order 1 size bigger than I would have from a big and tall store and wish jacket would have came in tall when I’m sitting. I’ve been happy with it and will do business again with company.

Mike was always available and very helpful throughout my entire procurement process.

I had a great experience working with Tiger T's. As a small business owner myself I like working with other small businesses. The attention to detail was great. I appreciated that Mike insisted on running a sample shirt before he processed my order of 350 to ensure that I would be happy. Great service, fair price, good turn around time. I will use Tiger T's again.

Item was received much faster then what I was estimated and was packaged very carefully. Will buy from again. Products are reasonably priced.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Ordered a product that was "In stock" after a few weeks we still received nothing so I called and was told the item was backordered so I requested a cancelation. I was told the item was cancelled but a few weeks later we received the product. I called and was told that It wasn't canceled cause it came from the manufacturer directly. I left multiple voicemails with their returns team and received no returned calls. Now im being told its too late to return. This is the worst excuse of a business. The lady on the phone "Terry" was extremely rude and pretty much said too bad. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and will be posting negative reviews on all sites Google, Bing, Yahoo, Yelp, etc. Stay far away from these crooks.

I ordered a hard hat and paid for express delivery. I waited the four days that they said it would take. A few day after it didn't arrive on time I cancelled. They promised a refund but a week later I have nothing. I was told I cannot get refunded until the delivery company returned the hard hat. This is the same delivery company that couldn't deliver on time. Weeks later (today) I notified my bank and instructed them to conduct a charge back. This is one dodgy company that takes extra money for fast delivery but delivers nothing and then blames the delivery company. They claim it was the delivery company's fault and then tell you your refund is dependent on the same delivery company. Liars and thief's. Get your refund from your bank and just don't buy from them.

Partial deliver of an order placed for PPE. On chasing the remaining items customer service admitted that they no longer produce the items ordered! No contact to let me know and I’ve had to rush to source alternative PPE for my staff. I won’t be using again.

Tiger supplies sent me the wrong color item even though the item numbers are different. This is most likely because web version of the order doens't show the item number and employees just went by the product name; the correct item number does show on the printed invoice but either nobody cares or they just didn't bother looking and checking. I have emailed Tiger supplies to ask for rectification but as usual they take their time responding.

Been waiting on refund since christmas.
Sent numerous emails and phoned.
Some emails read some deleted before read.
1st and last time ordering from them.
Returned one item from a £130 order and it cost me £35 to return

Shipped on time as promised, customer service are very helpful

Order placed - 3 weeks go by with no update.

I call and get a customer service agent (Claire) over the phone who was very short to the point of being rude when I inquired politely as to what is going on. Was promised an email immediately after the call to be able to track the order that was never provided.

A follow up email was sent to which the CSR agent responded that she never said that (she did) and that I would have to continue to wait until their 3rd party vendor who was drop shipping the item could provide an update. I told her to cancel the order, I was not going to continue to wait on top of the 3 weeks I already did for their vendor to figure it out. Their support essentially called me a liar when in fact they acted as if what they had told me never happened which is quite incredulous.

Poor service, poor communication. Will not ever do business with again

Ordered from them... got my order details but no shipping tracking! Appears to be a third party. I had to call 3 times the rep emailed to company twice with no response. I had to ask her to escalate and to call the company. It finally shipped but again no tracking and only a promise that it would arrive the following Wednesday. I had to call a 4th time before it actially shipped. I will never use this company again.
