Good product, but no return on inquiry email
I purchase a product on their mobile site, received errors and no confirmation. Went to amazon and purchased product for cheaper. Sent an email to cancel my order but never received anything back. I didn't want two products but I got two. Ended up working out because of multiple locations but this site needs work and better customer service with emails sent.

Items on backorder .. never notified more than a week later
Tiger shipped less than half my order ... didn't notify me until my shipment arrived that 19 were backordered. Placed another order prior to getting that box and was NEVER contacted until I reached out myself. Unbelievable.

We see that a couple of orders have been placed for the same item after this one and everything was delivered on time and shipped within 24-48 hours.
