I’m beyond grateful to Timely Home for their incredible service, especially Jordan and Resham, who went above and beyond to help us. As a first-time refinancer, I was amazed at how smooth and fast the process was – I had my refinance settled within two weeks after submitting my application. The service was top-notch, and I locked in an amazing low rate. I’m beyond thrilled to be a Timely customer, a HUGE thanks to the whole team!

Definitely would not recommend. As an existing customer they are charging me a higher rate than advertised to new customers and my request to have it lowered has been rejected. We have to refinance away from Tiimely to get a good rate again.

At least I'll be able to join a new bank with an app and faster Osko transfers!

Everything went smoothly right up until the settlement happened. It was only after this we realized that there is no internet banking app, no Osko payments, and now a 2 week delay in issuing our cards. Also no Apple pay. We had planned to switch over our banking to operate of the offset accounts but will keep everything set up as is until the systems improve. Not giving a lot of confidence at this stage

It took a week before we got assigned a credit assessor. But after that it was very quick and smooth to getting pre and full approval.

Refinancing my home loan was very straightforward and completely online. Very happy with the service and support provided.

The few times I called Tiimely the staff was incredibly kind, courteous and helpful. Our credit assessor Vik stayed in touch every day and went out of his way to process our application quickly. I honestly cannot recommend Tiimeky enough. I’ve already told so many friends and family about them! 10 stars!

I'm a first home buyer and had absolutely no knowledge of anything about housing market or home loan application. Everyone at the customer service on the phone and the online chat service helped me understand things I didn't understand and answered all my questions. They all responded professionally yet friendly, and showed me respect. In addition, there was no waiting time till someone start responding on the phone or online chat. Overall customer service experience was 10/10. I am impressed. Really.
Home loan application process was easy and simple. It took me a couple of days to get a pre approval as human had to check my document manually but I was pretty happy. I'm happy with the rate I got as well.
I had to settle ASAP, so I was a little worried about how fast can things go. Tiimely home loan worked pretty fast and everything went smoothly.
I have been in Australia for 10+ years and I think this is one of the best service I ever experienced in the country. Many companies use useless robots answering customers and it results in annoying people even more these days. Given that, I think it's kind of rare to experience this level of good customer service. I truly hope they keep doing what they do.

Exceptional experience

I've been in talks with Tiimely for the past few months to find the right property. Assessing our credit was very straightforward, but finding the right property was a bit more nuanced. Thankfully, all of their staff have been extremely helpful, I've never had issues sending an email or making a call, as they've always responded extremely quickly! And we definitely got assigned a very patient and understanding credit assessor in Sumaiya who has guided us so much in this process, especially as first home buyers. Definitely recommend their team.
