The worst customer experience I have ever experienced at any company worldwide.
I booked a train ticket between Probolinggo and Yogyakarta where the money was deducted from my account but I did not receive a ticket confirmation in my email. Called, sent WhatsApp’s, emailed, then did this multiple times again and again. Every time told that I would be contacted by the ‘relevant department’ and they would send me a new ticket. When I called again two hours before my train was supposed to leave they told me the one I wanted to get on was fully booked. No apologies, no nothing. Eventually rebooked but the process was dreadful.

A trip to Onrust Island in Jakarts. After having booked the trip you receive some conditions. Three days before you have to send a reconfirmation via whatsapp to a telephonenumber that does not have a whatsapp facility. And if you send a confirmation by sms the answer is: not possible. An e-mail confirmation maybe? No reaction. And if you just try to phone the number, they stop the connection when they notice that you speak English. Later on a lady of tiket.com calls me with the question if I am interestef in a ticket to Onrust. No madam, I only try to reconfirm. Later she made the promis that everything was OK now. One hour later I received a mail that I needed to reconfirm. My answer: I did that already several time so I hope that you let me do the trip. Reaction: you are very welcome when you reconfirm the trip. Ant that was the moment I gave up.

I was recommended Tiket.com by a local and as soon as I booked my flights (Bali-Jakarta and Padang-Jakarta) with Air Asia, both flights were re-scheduled, which did not work for further connections. So I re-booked with Citilink and within 24h, flight was also re-scheduled. One can wonder if the flights on sale really do exist. The payment method (eg. Credit Card) is NOT VALID for REFUNDS! You need to give INDONESIAN BANK ACCOUNT (which I used, from my Contact in Indonesia) and the REFUND REQUEST WAS ACCEPTED, only to be told 24h late that it could not be processed because I am not the account holder. The mess is only just beginning. At the beginning, when booking flights it all seems wonderful... but it's all a nightmare. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

DON'T EVER try to make a hotel reservation using Ticket.com. Their system sucks!
- I searched for a hotel for our stay tonight and tomorrow by entering 2 adults and 1 child, age 16y old.
- I found one of this hotels that fits our search and I booked it without knowing that the search was automatically somehow changed by Ticket.com a room for 2 adults, child: 0 (?)
- As I checked in, I informed the hotel that I need a room with an extra bed. The lady at the reception said in general, they do not have extra bed only in a family room. Unfortunately sold out.
- What made me mad was that, why from the very beginning Ticket.com still included this hotel, in which for me it was clear, it can't .. never accomodate 3 guests in a room.
- The awfully tricky one, instead of excluding this hotel, the system just changed the search into 2 adults, suddenly no child even you entered it with child 16y old from the first place.
- To minimize this mess, I called the Ticket.com to cancel our 2.nd night. With the consequence, my husband and son sleep at this reserved hotel since we got a single queen size bed and I booked another hotel for me.
- I spoke with one of the customer service from Ticket.com asking her (named N*ni) to help me to cancel it as it doesn't make sense anyway to stay there. She said, she would do that if the hotel agrees with this cancellation, all what she needs a person name and position from the hotel. I thought she were really trying to help me, but I was wrong.
- After a long discussion, hours, the only thing that I heard and kept repeated, it's a non refunded reservation, I showed up on the first day, so the cancellation for the second night can not be made.
- I am just asking my money back for this second night as the hotel can't accomodate the guest of three. I've agreed and I can understand it to keep the first night, even we have to stay in two different hotels.
- But not willing to give our money back for the second night for us to be able to look for another hotel??? Shame on you. This is not the service that I expected from you. I am just asking for my money back for the service that I can't have. It's our right as a customer I think. Why did you make it so difficult? I've been using your service during our stay in Indonesia, but from now on no more. Is this how you make business?
STAY AWAY from Ticket.com. Both customer service officers that I spoke with were unfriendly and unprofessional. You won't get any help but more stress.

Trash Customer Service
Trash Customer service. It is so hard to request a refund, they dont help you almost at all. the communication even with Indonesian language was so bad, they dont want to type anything, instead just copy and paste a template answer, even after 5 times sending emails back and forth they only changed a little bit of their template.
At the end I got the refund but the email said "for your information we will cut down your refund for bank admin, etc etc..". TELL ME THAT BEFORE HAND WHILE WE WERE TALKING THROUGH WHATSAPP AND EMAIL DUMBASS!!! NOT AFTER EVERYTHING IS DONE AND IT IS PROCESSED!!!
I highly recommend everybody to not use their service.

I booked a room..Tiket.com immediately charged my Account...then told me room unavailable...to wait 3 hours for someone to contact me and they would find another hotel for me...3 hours later l had no communication from them..got in a taxi and booked into another hotel at 6pm..only to find out later that Tiket.com would not pay for taxi/hotel...and worse..10days later will not refund my payment..illegally taken

NOT RECOMMENDED. I purchased ticket from Jakarta - London round trip (Singapore Airlines) via tiket.com, because it was cheaper. However, when I asked to change the schedule the price for the schedule change is way high compared to the schedule change price that I paid on the other ticket that I purchased directly from Singapore Airlines website. I do not recommend to buy ticket from tiket.com, better buy directly from airline website.

Furthermore I don't understand why I couldn't use my indonesian friend's account and had to pay 30dollars fee in order to be paid on my foreign account .

Awful Experience
Awful experience. Booked two tickets for a domestic Indonesian flight departing in May. Our flight was cancelled in April due to coronavirus and so I was told I could apply for a refund via the app. I tried this and got most of the way through the process (the app even told me how much money I would be refunded) but when it came to entering my bank details, no UK bank names appeared in the drop down list which meant I couldn't finish the process. I messaged Tiket.com via Whatsapp who said they could only refund me if I had an Indonesian bank account... When I said I was from the UK, they asked me if I had an Indonesian friend with a bank account I could use! Very unprofessional and I find this immensely suspicious because I PAID with a UK bank account! So it seems they can take your money just fine, but they suddenly have issues when it comes to returning it.... They then promised me a credit voucher but it has been 3 months since then and there is no sign of it.... Every time I message support they COMPLETELY ignore my actual questions and answer different ones to try to get rid of me. I have lost £140 in total. NEVER book via Tiket.com if you do not live in Indonesia, they will rip you off.
Privacy concerns
They don't provide a way to delete your sensitive identity data. I asked and they said they manually did it. But 6 months later I received spam from them and logged in to find all of my data still there.
This customer service is something..
First of all my inquiries all mentioned about that I requested an open ticket and tiket.com keeps sending me correspondence on credit vouchers.
In the end I gave up and settled for an credit voucher. The following customer service agents have dealt with my inquiry, Asnur, Resi Amanda, Michael, Irena P. Dewi, CT.
None of them has actually answered my question, even when I put them numbered they still fail to do so.

Password reset problem at tiket.com and bad support by CS
I have booked a hotel in Bali using tiket.com and now to make some changes in my booking when i tried to login on my accounts its not accepting password. When i tried to reset the password the password reset email not coming in my mailbox. I tried many times and contacted tiket.com customer support but very poor response and no knowledge. They don't want help you to reset the password and their system has big lacking and i think they don't have technical team to support technical problems. I got stuck and cannot able to change my booking and support really painful and un professional. If there is any legal forums then i want to log the legal case against them for mental harassment of customers.

Of I could rate this a 0, I would. They are scammers, i have booked accomodation through them and they took my money without confirming the booking. After reaching their customer service, they made it extremely difficult to process the refund. I doubt I will ever get my money back. Please do not ever book through them. I will continue advising friends and family to book though other sites and avoid this scammers platform!
