Absolutely unprofessional

Absolutely unprofessional, unethical, inefficient, badly managed company that I have ever come across. We have been with them for more than 7/8 years and now we are going overseas, but they do not allow to close the service. They are pushing us to keep the connection or pass to a friend, relative, or put on hold , but cannot close the account. I have spoken to about 5/6 reps from their office and all are equally brainwashed to be unfriendly and to keep a client by hook or by crook. Wish I could give a negative star rating to them.

tikona broadband service for…

I had tikona broadband service for nearly 3 to 4 yrs. Service was ok. But i disconnected it from july 2023 as i had to relocate to a new place. I had paid advance amount and after repeated requests to refund of my amount they are not doing it. They don't give uus an extra day if we are late in paying. Very patetic.

I have never seen such a disaster and…

I have never seen such a disaster and pathetic service of tikona broadband, i would recommend everyone to use mobile data instead of using Tikona services. At the time of billing and payment they reach out to us before a week of billing date but when we face issue...no body is going to help us..once in a blue moon if customer care pick the call they just saying that our technical team is working on your issues and they will take min. 4 hrs and max. 24 hrs.
Tikona, please shut down your company.

Pathetic network and worst customer support

Giving 1-star just because it doesn't have option to select 0. Pathetic service, takes ages to solve the issue and the only thing they keep telling you is that engineer is assigned and there is no resolution. The number has just IVR service just a recorded non sense. I really regret opting for this network providers.
Highly not recommended.

Worst ISP

Worst ISP. I wanted to close the connection..but they gave me a discount so i decided to stay and after that i paid the amount which was specified after the discount.... within 4-5 days my connection got disconnected and they started telling me you need to pay the full amount not and all....I told the details and even shoed the screenshot of the discounted price but they were saying on one thing....when are you going to pay....the customer service was very rude..and polite at the time I was leaving....worst service and they were making excuses about the discount price that you have to pay this charge and that charge...etc...worst...I am never going to recommend anyone

Tikona is a Poor Internet Service…

Trustpilot Team Please add 0 Star Option, I can't give this type of company 1 start also, Tikona is a Poor Internet Service Provider, they can't provide service and after that, they threaten you if you going cancel the connection and ask you for extra money, if you have pending only 745 they ask you need to pay 2200 like that, don't use it, in my word wants to go with this faltu company, don't use the internet.

Even 1 star is a lot for this fraud…

Even 1 star is a lot for this fraud company. I repeatedly told them last year that I don't want their services anymore. They kept calling me during my office hours repeatedly convincing me to stay and asking me repeatedly which service provider i have shifted to. When I refused to give them any info they started misbehaving and ignored my emails. Then in July they said I had to pay RS320 because I used the services for a week or so, I didn't want to be harassed anymore so paid it to them. It took them another 4 months to come and collect their router. Now in Feb I'm still receiving legal notices saying I didn't pay the aforementioned 320 rupees and suddenly today I get a call from some Zoya bhattacharya who said I have to pay 2000 rupees immediately otherwise a notice will be sent and I have to pay 35000!! I am so shocked and this woman is soooo rude and she has no decency how to talk to people ! This is her number - +917619844589. She is threatening me now that she will see me in court. TIKONA Customer Care doesn't answer, their app doesn't work and they aren't replying to my email so I dont know what to do. Please help

Let us unite against this fraud company

Hi all who are on the Receiving end the fraudulent behaviour by Tikona , I’m a South Indian film maker who also got cheated ,putting up in Virar West global city ,they won’t value customers by just writing up a review and sitting at your comfort let just take it to
Another level ,we can announce educate people and spread awareness against Tikona for cheating us with KBPS speed in 2023, u Ned volunteers don’t allow them to get away with this so easily let us join hands together and let this Tikona have the real flavour of customers power

FRAUD COMPANY

They have looted my money, when told the service is not being provided, they didn't bother to give the service instead they charged me for extra 6months, when i told them i want to cancel the contract, they just disconnected the call, and there was no response from their end and has charged me for three months even when i was not using their service, and sent a legal demand notice staring they will sue my legal documents for non payment.  I mean they charged three times extra for not using the service and neither disconnected my account. It's a Fraud company.

Tikona is biggest fraud company with…

Tikona is biggest fraud company with customers after finished broadband plan still tikona sending fake bills and calls on registered mobile number.

My Tikona broadband plan was finished on 7 Jul 2022 and after that I was sending discontinued service email on customer care email but by being a fake lawyer still daily calls and sending fake bills and say for paying remaining bills of Jul to Aug. 😟

There should be 0 rating option also..
During installation , they not not installed on time, after installation network won't comes . On calling to service provider they won't come and check, instead they talked vulgrly and they don't care to provide service and even common man respect to customers.. inbetween so many times internet won't works during office hours and at midnight after 12 never comes till morning.. complained so many times to local service provider, not responding.. atleast I thought if I complain to company through tikona app they will respond.. this is more worst , not even call back for complaint..
Finally my 6 month period finished , called me for renewal I told them to disconnect and deactivate my account.
Local service provider took the modem and later I'm getting due amount even as am not using service..
Repeatedly calling me and talking offensively, sending mails as they are going to take legal procedures.
I mailed them , actually I should file case on your company, about billing, service and network worst service.. finally they stopped sending mails . Sincere advice to all humans. Don't go for tikona at any cost or at any bloody offers.. even if they give freely also ..

Never buy their connection

I got their connection but it was a nightmare for me. When I asked them to deactivate my connection, still they kept on sending bills. If you are ready to be tortured, then you can go ahead

Tikona is the worst service provider…

Tikona is the worst service provider ever I faced in my life.
It is my advice to all never go for TIKONA.

1) You will never reach on call support, they always ask for ticket raise. after ticket raised it will be closed automatically.
2) CC will never listen to your problems, and also they are rude in behaviour.
3) i have been charged for a bill which i never used the service.
4) No proper details will be shared with you and you will never find details on portal/apps.
5) They will never reply on the mail.
6) I have raised more than 50 tickets in a year.

Its a worst service provider.

Fake Company

I took Tikona connection and paid for 6 months, after some time i faced issue and than i asked them to disconnect the connection. i emailed them more than 20 times and register my connection close request 20+ times. each time on call they accept after 2-3 days again they start following me up for payment. and i again have to register request and email them for same. this happen multiple time and they simply keep doing same.

i raised this issue to their higher authority but story remains same for me. i fade up and left the topic.

now after few months i got an email as warning to pay else they will take legal action. Thats pathetic and ridiculous experience. Thats the hike of a company.

i never recommend this company for any kind of business and even would recommend any service associate with this company. As at root of this company pathetic & FAKE.

Pathetic service provider

Pathetic service provider. Take ages to work on the issues. Worst thing is their customer care number is not toll free and call charges are super high and executive never showup on call, you have to try atleast 10 times to connect with customer executive and for that you need to spend at least 35-40 Rs on call. Overall pathetic service, do not go for Tikona, better go for local service provider, they are 100 times better than this pathetic Tikona

One of the worst network in today's modern day. I make 4-5 complaint through there application, 2 time call & mail to tikona broadband but there was no reply from there side if customer suffer by there network they just don't for there customer. Its an request to everyone not to buy tikona broadband connection 🙏🙏🙏

pathetic service

I have been sending from January 10-20 emails asking to disconnect my service and explain the reason for my due amount. They have never replied till now. And started sending me legal notices. Their customer care is not reachable on call or email. Even their lawyer number is switched off.

Useless service and this company that…

Useless service and this company that fools you
On March 19th 2022, I had tried his plan for 6 months, which he stopped before 3 months. And again and again calls are coming about the author plan, it is said that your plan is no longer available, for other plans, you should recharge a different plan.
