tikona is a fraud company and service is pathetic

Never buy tikona service. This is a fraud company. Even though we are not using their service, they are still sending us bill every month and harassing us with threatening emails. One of the emails had this kind of language.

You are requested to make immediate payment of Rs.1015. and give you this notice, that if you fail to pay, the aforesaid sum thereon within 7 days we shall have no option, but to adopt appropriate recovery proceedings, inclusive of legal proceedings criminal as well as civil, against you at your entire risk as to costs and consequences.

Why charge us if we are no longer using your service? We went ahead and made the payment as it was such small amount. Even after that, there is no response from tikona. They have still not cancelled our service or given to us in writing that they will no longer raise bills. They agents on the phone are not guiding us properly.

Just stay away form this company, there are lot of good options in the market, just go with those good companies and save yourself all this headaches. Their service is pathetic too.

INITIAL DEPOSIT OF1000 NOT RETURNED

I paid the initial deposit of 1000 on 14th July. Tikona denied me connection HOWEVER THEY DIDN'T RETURN MY DEPOSIT YET.
AM SURE THEY MAY HAVE EATEN DEPOSITS OF MANY LIKE MYSELF.

Worst connectivity

I'm using Tikona WiBro plan since 9 months now and it has only been deteriorating with every passing month. Also, the customer service is not satisfactory. I got my connection reviewed last week for bad connectivity and again I'm back to having a connectivity issue, within a week. It leaves me feeling very helpless with this Tikona connection. I definitely won't renew it, once this plan ends. Also I have to keep a backup portable router, since Tikona internet connection has become very unreliable! Very disappointed.

Hi guys this is Vinod Prabhakaran I am a person with lots of patience. But hats off to the Tikona internet service they managed to break the me with the patience that I always was proud off. I am writing this to make all our citizens of Mumbai and Phalgar aware with the service that they provide is not bad but worst I must say. If there would be a rating that we can rate them in negative that is less than zero also would be less. I personally have taken their service on April 2021 and was said that to start I need to take minimum 6 month subscription which I did. Then after payment and a long follow up it took me another 2 weeks to get my connection done. Initially it worked well for one week and then disconnected again. It took 1week again after following up every single day to get connected. The internet connection has always given problem during weekends. Now again in the month of July 2021 this problem has started. It has been 4 days now the problem has not been rectified. They have been providing me and engineers number with the name Rakesh Gupta. He only answers your call once and then you will be ignored. This has been the worst service I have ever experienced in my whole life. Since I have already paid for six months I guess I need to bare with them. I feel they are well aware of their service and that is only reason why they don't give you for one month. Guys this review that I am writing will be helpful for you all to save your money and time. If you still would like to try then try for one month and you will experience everything or maybe they will try their best to keep up with the internet connection.

I Just Want To Say Than If You Die Without INTERNET, Than Die But Don't Buy Tikona Service.

Speed Is Like E of 2G

If You Register Your Complain Than Within 2 Hours they Say here We Check And Your Internet Working Fine And We Closed

Your Ticket Even When Your Internet Not Working

And What A Customer Service, Like Even You Tried Full Day To Connect Customer Care Executive You Can't.

Just 20 Minute Of Auto Tune And Disconnect and You Have to

Try Again and Again(May Be You Can Connect After 2000Years)

And You Can Imagine Their Complain Ratio With That Even Week They Can't Resolve Your Issue

Worst service

Never ever trust tikona service.The best worst service in nallasopara.They want money but they don't provide connection. every 2-3 days they will say their employee will come to connect.But its been 3 months that person never came nor called .when we call they disconnect and they charged me 1000rs for connection. From 3 months M just mailing to tikona service to refund my amount. Every 15 days they will ask you to send mail for refund .I wrote more than 6 mails .I didn't get my money instead they used abusive and vulgar language when we call. Never use Tikona service a humble request.

Tikona is the worst ISP you can ever…

This is the worst ISP ever you can ever get in India.They promise you only 10mbps for a hefty 550 rs/month ,and prepaid has to be paid 6 months in advance,i.e you pay 6months advance before you use the internet.Now comes the stealing part after you have already paid the 6 months you have no way back ,because they stole that money.Now you start complaining about the slow internet connection , frequent disconnection ,nobody will be there to help you out neither the Bombay headquater office nor the local operators who came to provide the internet.They keep sending you msges that the service engineer will visit you within 4hrs every day .Each day passes by till you realise this is a chit company ,who actually stole your money.The only reason somebody choses tikona service is the wireless antenna connection instead of wired cable operators.But the antenna is the gimmick and you get lantern in your hand and you have no way back because they stole your money by that time.Even mobile hots spot works better than their connection.

Tikona is worst

I have 40 mbps plan for 6 months, but I am getting only 4-5 mbps speed which is also with frequent disconnection, they took amount in advance and at the time of service, they only say our backend team is working, I have raised a complaint more than 50 times, but still no resolution to issue, I haven't seen this much worst service in any other fields, I am really frustrated with the service, I recommend no one to go for Tikona, because the service is really disgusting.

Satisfactory Internet service provider

I am a user of Tikona internet connection since last 18 months. Most of the time the connection is running smoothly without any issues. But lately, we need to restart the router. Have most of the issues in rainy days. Otherwise the service is good. Their support is fast. Speed is satisfactory.

Tikona should be behind bars

So i got a tikona connection woth an expectation that since it's a proper small scale wifi service provider,it may provide us a good service.I WAS WRONG.... These people are the biggest fraudsters i have ever seen in my life.before taking the connection, they'll kiss your ass till you get their connection.but once you subscribe to their services,they don't care if you face any issues and you want to communicate your issues.there is one way communication between the service providers and the customers where only they can communicate to ask for bill payment but you can't even file a complaint.because of lockdown,i had no other option but to continue with their services.but i stopped using their wifi once i got a genuine service provider (airtel)who have executives to resolve the issue.so two months before my next payment,i stopped using their services and i also communicated through mail because i had no other option to communicate with them.customer care number asks us to file a complaint through app,but for that,i need my user id and password which i never got even after asking for it plenty of times to the person who installed the router at my place.then i ignored all their messages because i was fed up of them because i have already told them that i don't want their services. today(3rd April 2021)i received a call from tikona and they said that they are gonna sue me for non payment.what non payment are you talking about?the man who called me claimed to be an advocate who's filing the case if i don't pay them in 2 minutes.yes,he literally said that and i recorded everything he said to keep it as a proof if they ask me for payment again.trust me,i will file a police complaint if they bother us again.they have given us a lot of mental stress regarding payment for a service we didn't even asked for. TIKONA,i curse you to incur so much loss that you spend your rest of your life on footpath and salman khan drives on you again just like he did earlier.

Tikona people are cheaters

Before installation, they need full payment and when they visit the site they say they don’t have connection in that building and then they will stop responding to your calls or emails. I took 6 months package, never used. Got no refund.

They have so called refund policy but will never refund even if they are unable to provide service.

I wouldn't even give 1 star to this chutiya company. I took a 6 month internet plan for 3800 RS but their connection didn't work not even for 1 day. I have had a multiple followups asking for refund but never get one.

They don't refund your money even when they can't provide you services

They are frauds while trying to sell you services they will make promises that they provide services in all major cities and if they are not able to they will refund your money. But when they are actually not able to provide services in a metro like Mumbai they do not give you your money back. Bloody frauds I have ended up paying Rs. 3600 for 3 days.

Poor internet service by Tikona

I am giving one star just because they do not have an option to give zero star rating. This is the worst internet service I have ever received. Inspite of all the email communications to disconnect the service and even after getting an aknowledgement mail from tikona saying that the disconnection activity has been initiated the service is not yet disconnected. We are receiving calls from Tikona to pay the fine. Also, the calls from customer executives are misleading. There is no transparency in the information they deliver to their customers.
In the begining, service provider assured us that for 6 months prepaid plan, we would get the router free and we need not return it after subscription ends. Now they asked to return the router as well.
Most importantly, internet connectivity is very poor in a city like Pune. I won't recommend the Tikona to anybody. Don't waste your money. There are better service providers in the market.

Worst experience. Worst customer service. Would never recommend

Recently I had to relocate to a new address as to which I started contacting tikona a week prior my shifting from my old address to come and do a transfer of connection. I have put them several mails and called their customer cares, but to no avail. Their customer care doesnt have a feature where my issue was mentioned neither they give an option to talk to an executive. I mailed them again and then an engineer arrived after 7 8 days and checked the feasibility. He asked me to update the address in the app and the person will come and instal it, he said. But after that I have been dedicatedly calling these people day and night from 2 3 days and every other person picked up says, maam we have escalated your request and they will come today. I think they escalated it to the air, cz no one turned up at my door. I have been very kind to these people and wanted a connection from them only, again in my new address, so i followed up several times. Two week passed and no body came, I bought a new connection. My work got delayed, my money is with these people and then I put a mail for my refund. Nobody replied to that mail, and yet again I mailed them for the refund. A lady called me today from their office and asked me the issue, I told her the same abovesaid and she is asking me for one last opportunity. What opportunity should i give you people whn I have already taken a new connection. And for the refund she says, it wont happen as we have criteria. Their criteria for refund is if its not feasible. You have already checked the feasibility and then given me the connection. What stupid criteria is this. I got irritated with their illogical and unprofessionalism and asked for my refund by hook or crook i want it. The lady asks me to behave professionally whereas the work is not done by them, they have taken my money and not delivered the said. She was teaching me professionalism. First of all do your work properly, deliver what you promised to your clients. Your job is not just to take money and then leave the customers hanging with their issues. So first do this and then teach professionalism to me. If you cant do the job in two weeks and the customer has followed up religiously, begged to come and instal and when you could not do it. Accept your fault and do the refund. You want my money and wont do my work also. Is this the definition of your company and your professionalism. To make customers fool here. Stop fooling. Do your work properly amd then show me the attitude. I am waiting for my refund, as she the so call "professional lady" has told me that she l just put a request rest il get a call back. I do not want any call back of why, what and how. I just want my refund. I have shown my professionalism by paying bills timely and being very kind and sweet to you for two weeks. And now when you did not do my work, my work has been in loss, i had to buy a new one and pay extra for it.. dont expect professionalism from a dissatisfied customer.I have the recordings, mails and everything to take it further.
