I had a very bad experience, I have made the payment of Rs.4100. And the Sales Executive(Krishna - 07715889458) has been assigned to us. Every time we call, he says that we are just reaching in 5 minutes to make the installation.
In Feb 2020, I had applied for a new connection and had paid Rs.500 (Total payment done till now is Rs.4600) and the rest of the money Krishna told me to pay at the time of installation. But due to our building rules there was no connection of Tikona(He lied to me in the beginning that your building has our tikona connection).
Now, on 31 Oct 2020 - Saturday - I shifted to a new building. I called him as I had already paid him in Feb. He said okay I will come in an hour but before it we need to create a new account for this connection. I told him not to create a new account but he said I will transfer your money to your this account and later we will update your old number and old id in this new account. I said okay.
Now after making me wait for the whole day he called me up in the evening and told me to do the remaining payment because policies are now changed(in a single day) and before we come to do the connection, you need to make the full payment. I first denied, and later he called me twice to make the payment as the technical person is near to your building to do your connection but before it payment is required(this was what he said). I gave it a thought and made the full payment.
Today, it's 2 November 2020, it's been 2 days. Yesterday night he called me up and told me that we will reach your place in the morning for the connection. I told him to come on time as I have to leave for office in the morning and my office timings are from 10:00 AM but will wait for you. He said yes, will reach by 10:30 AM anyhow. At 10:30 AM I called him, he disconnected my call and I tried to call him again but he has switched off his number.
It's 11:49, still his phone is switched off. Very very bad experience.

Tikona deserve 0 star. Neither cuustomer tomer service nor stable connectivity. You can't reach to customer care easily they reply with auto generated mail and msg. They contact you only for payment. PLEASE NEVER GO WITH THIS.

we have taken a Tikona Internet subscription.
While taking up the connection your sales team forced me to pay for 6 months in which I will receive a free router. The installed the connection and I called up almost for 10 days and they did not provide a free router, I have to spend Rs 1200 and purchased it.
After that, the internet just worked fine for 2 days and there is no internet after every 2-3 hours. There is no proper support.
Expensive and Cheap Service
Worst of worst service providers in Pune India. Never ever go for their broadband or wireless connection, you'll regret for life. Better go with the local service providers, they have cheap rates and good service.

I took this internet service on 15 aug, and until now i have complaint around 15 times for slow speed and no connectivity.
I have given money for six months and they are not refunding no matter how many emails i send.

Wish to give minus rating. This is worst service provider. They steal money from you and don't give you service. Inspite of sending more than 10 emails and complaining on app 20 times no one is bothered to help. This is led to increase in the frustration. I am fed up and want this to go legally. As many customers have left reviews of TIKONA stealing money with no service.

Worst network provider. Very slow. I have 40MBps, but can't even watch movie without buffering. And worst thing is tikona's support / customer care. It takes 1-2 hours on the call to someone answer your call and also they don't help you at all. Worst. Cheaters. Don't buy tikona ever.

Fraud company,taken the charges for 6 months and security deposit for the router also,I started facing the the connectivity issues from the 1st month only, after many complaints, when I asked for refund they asked me for returning the router, after returning it not a single penny refunded form the company side,no one is receiving calls on the customer help desk also, it's almost 6 months no refund from company.

Sales person from Mumbai asked me to pay 6 months charge upfront and promised 40 Mbps of speed. After 2 days he suggested to go for 10 Mbps and asked to create a request on MyTikona App for a higher speed connection which as per his promise, would get installed in 24 hours. Its been 3 months and still no sign of anyone to install new receiver or to increase network speed.
While on the initial call, despite me repeatedly confirming with the Sales person to come clean right away if 40 Mbps was going to be too much for them to provide, he went on to constantly brag about providing excellent service and the required speed for the customers.
I have been facing issues right from the 1st month. Upon frequent calls about the problem I was facing with this service, he stated, to quote his very words "How could you believe what I say to get customers?. If you are not satisfied with the connection you can deactivate the service." When inquired about refunding the money paid he asked me to speak to customer care. Shameless!
1. Frequent disconnection of network,
2. Low speed (0.2 Mbps on a 10 Mbps connection and they call it a broadband),
3. False promises made by sales,
4. Unresolved issues,
5. Lack of accountability.
Totally gutted and disappointed with this hopeless service. Completely frustrated and annoyed with their incapability to provide a decent enough internet connection.
Definitely not an "Uninterrupted" service as they claim it to be - not even close. Uninterrupted service is a far fetched dream for these lot.
Certainly wouldn't recommend anyone to fall for this trap.

Just dont. If you are planning to take this, you are better off on your hotspot. After facing horrible speeds, pathetic service(they will take 24 hrs to even comeback with the response on what the issue and whether it can be fixed. 12 to 15 days there will be sketchy connectivity. After all this I told them to disconnect the service by 15th of the month. But thought okay I will pay it off for the entire month since that is the right thing to do. But it was not disconnected and they took it for next month and then asked me to pay for the month after that. And this was when I had changed my house on the previous month. So basically they charged me for 15 days when the box was off and removed and for the next month god knows why. And now after 4 years of threatening , begging and irritation I have just paid the bill. If you have time and patience to go through this hell , Go ahead ..

Its a total fraud company
Its a total fraud company. I have used for 2 months but after 15 days of usage the speed became very slow and almost time no connection. I have raised multiple complaints but they are not responding.
The worst part is they have blocked my numbers and not responding any of my emails.

Why would you provide internet at some place where you don't have network? Also, it's not the fault of Tikona that they have such a bad rep and network, but of the primitive technology that they use of Wi-Max is what causes these disruptions on their network.

No one care about the quality of assistance.... Engineer closes the task without any resolution... Cust care will alway raise a request for engineer visit and the engineer closes the task saying resolved... This goes like circles...

I installed Tikona broadband. in february five hundred plan. But after a month they auto updated plan for rs 2200 with out any conformation. So I called customer care but that service was very bad .because 8-10 minutes I had to hold after that one executive attend my call and then I said all my problems and he said “ok madam wait a minute I will check”. And suddenly call dropped.and again I had to go in whole process for waist my time. no one is replying proprly i want to discontine service but they are not responding our calls and massagas they are saying us to pay addieional plan charges which they have auto upgraded without my conformation and permission speed is also not good

Why I did not quit?- because Tikona was the only available connection in the building.
Initially, it was technical issue - frequent disconnections - poor speeds. They closed the ticket all by themselves without taking customer confirmation. They sent a technician after 6 months who fixed technical fault. But then I started to face billing issues. I was charged more on an UNLIMITED plan.
No matter when you quit, you'll end up being a defaulter at Tikona because of their horrible billing cycle dates that are not in sync with actual internet subscription dates.

Good and helpful customer care service
A good strength of customer care chaps who really are helpful tobsolve the connection problems no matter how long it takes. Really was impressed by the way they take you step by step. But the with field executives I had a negative impact. My installation was shabbily set up. So please be with them while installation process and give proper directions to keep your home neat.
