Tilaa services are very professional; the support is always efficient and accurate. It is a little bit expensive; if you could improve this aspect of things, you would be unbeatable.

I've been using Tilaa's Windows & Linux…
I've been using Tilaa's Windows & Linux VPS for about two months and til now I am absolutely happy.
- No unexpected restarts (in my case no restarts at all).
- The actual VPS performance matches what you expect from it, i.e. no disk lags caused by other users on the cluster.
- Latency is as low as you can get from remote VPS (I'm located in Serbia, my server is in Nederlands.
- I haven't yet talked to Tilaa's support, but that's rather good sign :)
- Price is okay, you can find cheaper though if you're ready to have technical support's number on quick dial.
My rate is 5 of 5.

Been with Tilaa now for over 5 years
Been with Tilaa now for over 5 years. Still very happy with their service. Always fast replies to support tickets, even at night and weekends, and always willing to help. I've looked around a lot for cheaper and better options but Tilaa still checks every box and more.

Excellent
Using cheap VPS, where I have VPN-server to circumvent Russian censorship.
- Speed is excellent, have near 50MBps from Ryazan to Amsterdam, ping near 60.
- Traffic is unlimited.
- No downtime till now (AbeloHost had lot of it).
- Tilaa's bot sends email with hints how to make VPS more secure (like "you have public NTP server, reconfigure it").

Been a customer for years. Excellent VPS service!
It is currently May 2018 and I have been using Tilaa as my VPS host since 2011. In all of those years I can honestly say that I have been 100% satisfied. I have never had any issues with the various servers that I have setup over the years and I have never had any bad experiences when communicating with them. I am really glad that I found them back in 2011 when I was in search of a new host. I hate having to deal with multiple hosts and setting up new servers trying to find a quality service because you just never really know how well the service is until you try it out and see for yourself. I highly recommend Tilaa if you’re in need of a quality VPS host.
