I have been using Tilaa for over a decade now. I cannot think of a single criticism......no, I really I can't. I not only use them for my own private media and VPN services, but any workplace that needs additional web hosting, cloud drives, etc, I always set them up with Tilaa as well. The support is phenomenal, the bandwidth is very good through my VPN (keep in mind this is moving data from west coast US to Holland round-trip), and can tinker with with the hardware just to see how things respond on the fly and move them back if need be (I'm sure the billing department hates me, so probably shouldn't do this much). There have only been 2 companies in my 40-some years on this planet that I truly feel passionately loyal to, and one was a small local ISP in the SF Bay Area which I can no longer have in my life due to location, and TILAA, which I can, and do, get to keep as my VPS hosting service.

Exactly what I want from VPS hosting; can always recover the machine even if i hose it, supports Yubikey for 2FA.

I've been running VPSes at Tilaa for many years. They have all been rock solid and stable. No frills, no nonsense, good value for money, support folks know their stuff. Everything I need. (:

Im using tilaa server for development. So far so good. Performance is better than my previous VPS provider.

They are professional and quick people smart guys. I feel like ive found a good service provider, suggested for all.

Tilaa will stop and block your VPS server with no reason, based on some broad assumption that VPS is "insecure". After I contacted them, I got the response that my VPS was not causing any issues, but they got it stopped (without being able to start it again) because they assumed it will cause some issues.

All they did to warn me are the few generic emails, no phone call or SMS, and this caused financial losses to me. I am also irritated by the fact they are trying to justify their dumb move without offering some real facts and/or technical explanation (I am a tech person myself).

By the way, I am a Tilla customer since 2013, and this is the first time they act so unprofessional and actively hurting my business.

EDIT: they stated, "We then decided to suspend your server to force you to contact us and have this matter solved." - you are suspending services that I already paid, that you had no proof that they were harmful to your infrastrcuture, just in order to get me to contact you? Despite having my phone number? Just ridiculous. I have changed 3-4 VPS providers in the meantime, they were all miles ahead of Tilaa in terms of technology and customer support, so lesson learned I guess.
