I use their services for many years. Very reliable, very fast, features-packed, reasonably priced, fully compliant to EU regulations. The only disadvantage for web hosting is they do not provide DNS hosting.

During all those years...
100% uptime and 100% satisfaction.
Not one single incident causing downtime or data loss.
Not one single error in invoicing or payment handling.
Not one technical or administrative question left unanswered for more than one business hour.
Every single contact person has been courteous, helpful and competent.
I wish I had more vendors like Tilaa !

I am trusting all my server needs, both for myself, my company and my customers, to Tilaa, for multiple (10+) years already. I can highly recommend them: professional, no-nonsense, very quick to respond and with a to-the-point answer... I really appreciate the flexibility when composing a new VPS, and the immediate availability: whether I just want an empty Linux server, or a full fledged Cpanel/WHM (I configured both multiple times), it is available, and easy to set up in a few clicks. Their product range is really on-point: no-nonsense, useful, and most of all: clear. In short, I am a very happy customer, and do not plan to go anywhere else soon. Highly recommended!

Tilaa support is one of the best I have tried (and I've tried quite a few!). Their services are very stable and they have a good product range.

Hosting with Tilaa for more than 10 years and extremely happy with their service. Anyone can provide good service when things go right, but true service counts when things go wrong. And in the single case where things went wrong , Tilaa staff was professional in helping me out.

Reliable service and quick support, we have chosen Tilaa as provider for our customers and for our servers. We are Tilaa customers from more than 5 years and we increase the number of servers that we manage directly or on behalf of our customers every year.

I have had a VPS with Tilaa since April 2012. The services are quite OK, everything always works. If sometimes there is a small issue or a question, the helpdesk reponds quickly, patiently and with expertise.

The choice of OSes, Appliances and Control Panels is wide. Small minus: Tilaa currently offers FreeBSD versions 11.3 and 12.1, both outdated. But you can of course upgrade yourself. It doesn't concern me, because meanwhile I switched from FreeBSD to Ubuntu 20.04 LTS.

Alpine Linux is a flavour they don't offer yet, although I like it. You also cannot install ISO files of your own choice.

So all in all, I give the full 5 stars.

Tried out OpenBSD as a VPS, something not that common. Over the years it all turned into a little collection of BSD's. Great support and rock solid services.

Simple no nonsense VPS provider, been using them for years to host test projects, never had any serious issues, never needed support

Pros: Had no problems during last ~7 years of using Tilaa services. Great service!

Cons: I think the prices are a bit high :) With the latest price update the price for the smallest VM increased from 7.5 to 9.95 EUR.

Recommendation! Stable provider with decent support and respect for your data.
