Tile Click Reviews 

We had shopped around for ages looking for bathroom tiles. Then when we finally found the tile we wanted in Sainsbury's Homebase. When we tried to order, to our astonishment we were told these could take up to 28 days for delivery, (even though there was a sign on this product saying up to 10 days delivery) and we wouldn't be able to find out when they would be delivered until a day or two before. This was obviously totally unacceptable to us.
We then went home to discuss our options, as we really needed to sort the tiles as soon as possible.
We found the same tile on the Tile Click web site, we spoke to somebody a couple of times (On a Sunday) he was so helpful, calling us back a couple of times. We ordered the tiles on the Sunday and they were delivered the following Tuesday, what a fantastic service!!! and all very much cheaper than the were from that said famous DIY superstore.

I puchased some black glittery tiles from Tile click, was worried about the quaility after being put off from buying on line.These tiles were £20.00 each in all tile shops i visited and were £8.00 each from tile click.There was no difference the tiles and they look great down.Would recomend ..

Tile price excellent but took a week to deliver. Very difficult to get information on delivery although Tileclick did endeavour to chase the hauliers.

Placed my order with a very helpful member of staff at Tileclick, and my order was with me on the day allocated to me. The tiles are excellent quality, and I would happily use Tileclick again in the future. Thanks again.

A really easy process ordering and taking delivery, a couple of chipped tiles, but we used them for cuts, and our bathroom looks fab!! Will be back for more when we do the en-suite.

We have only been dealing with TileClick for a short time but we have been very impressed with their high standard of customer service and their willingness to "go the extra mile".

I took some samples, checked them out, then ordered the tiles. The samples came by return post and the main order came as expected. My order was for 20 square meters, and there were only two tiles broken in delivery. I was only interested in tiles made in England, and there was plenty of choice at a very good price. I will be ordering more in the near future when I doo my cloakroom.

They promise superb service and thats what you get.

Tile Click is probably the easiest sites to use and very cheap compared to the big DIY superstores.

Bit of a hiccup with the samples but the actual order executed very efficiently. Tiles now laid and delighted with them.

After weeks of visiting tile shops and deciding which one's we wanted but not agreeing on price,we decided to look online for the one we liked.
Obviously there were a few sites but tile click were the company with the cheapest prices saving us a massive £150.
In this economical climate my wallet appreciated this and enabled me to complete my bathroom on time and budget, they also deliver when they say they are.
