Ordered new tiles for our bathroom from the Telford store. James advised on grout colour (who knew white was not the norm!), trims etc. He also provided us with some guidance towards trusted fitters (the fitter was great too). Help given loading the car too. Overall excellent experience

My wife and i walked into the showroom and was greeted with a hello and a smile, which is always a good start.
I was asked for what I was looking for and they gave me good advice. We was then left to decide what we liked and a good look round. Alison was a great help from start to finish. We landed coming away feeling like I got a great deal and service. Will definitely be coming back and hopefully Alison is there as she made a lot of difference to why we ordered the tiles. 5*

Ordered something which they clearly miss priced online. To then not receive the item. I then called and was spoken to like an idiot and then they refused to sort the matter and put the phone down

Came into tile choice today having to buy an entire tile range for a bathroom at short notice.

Leaving it to the last minute we obviously came across stock issues with our chosen tiles. Darren was an absolute hero, phoning round multiple different stores and going the extra mile help us to get exactly the design we wanted. Thank you so much darren for all your help!

The delivery went wrong basically. I explained the pallet could not be left on the pavement for heath and safety reasons. The driver would not wait for me to place strong matting across my gravel drive so dragged it the first few feet and just left the pallet on the gravel, blocking my drive nit bothering to wait while I unrolled the matting. I am a 66 year old woman and despite explaining that I needed the drive as I have guests staying for a wedding he just removed the trolley and left. He knew full well I wasnt happy and that he had blocked my car in. It was just by chance my son had called in and together, risking our backs, he enabled me to move them. Sorry, the times may be great but the delivery methodology puts me right off ordering over the internet. I am unable to check the tiles individually until my installer is here next week so the 48 hour notice if damage is inappropriate. Lovely tiles but one unhappy customer. The driver did say there was a trolley that could cope with gravel but he didn't have one. Maybe check with your customer next time prior to delivery arrangements.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff at the Telford store. Definitely recommend using them.

Just bought tiles from the Kiddiminster branch. Lee was very helpful sorted out how many tiles we needed and all the extras we needed very pleased with the price. I will definitely buy from them again.

Tile Choice were very quick to send the samples I requested. They were excellent at answering my queries, through their ‘Live Chat’ service. Delivery was prompt, and the tiles were very well packaged.

Amazing customer service, very polite people

The staff at the Shrub Hill, Worcester, branch have been amazing. Having never tiled before, they advised me on the style of tiles and even helped me choose the grout colour! The tiles arrived when they said and they carried it all to the car. I was happy to go back to show them my finished handy work. They should be proud of themselves. Thank you!
