Cannot thank Emma enough for her wonderful customer service, it's always the people that make these places good. Helped my elderly mother choose the right tiles and products. Emma's knowledge is amazing and such a kind, helpful member of staff.

Ordered A sample tile before I made my final choice. The tile came within a couple of days and was exactly what I wanted so was able to order the full pack knowing that I would be happy with them

Jamie was very helpful and gave some good advice. He was very pleasant and nothing was too much for him. I would highly recommend talking to jamie when visiting and buying tiles

After looking at few other tiling shops, tile choice had the best range and good prices. Staff helpful and knowledgeable (thanks to Matt at Bromford Lane). Very pleased with the tiles and the staff support. Would use again when needing tiles.

Lee at the Kiderminster store was fantastic! He was so helpful and patient with me! I needed the tile the next day as my tiler had a last minute cancellation so he ordered them for me to collect from the Wearhouse first thing the next day! Thanks Lee

Fantastic customer service from Matt, Emma and others at Bromford Lane, Birmingham. Really looked after us, has been very patient and helpful with choosing tile, size and even grout shades. Always greet us with a smile. Helped with samples. Have great knowlege of their stock. Definitely recomend this store! Show room is also big enough and they regularly change their displays.

Tile Choice allowed me to buy over £200 worth of tiles on Sunday 6 October. I received an email on Monday 7 October telling me the tiles were out of stock and that they would 'organise' a refund. It is now 14 October and I still do not have a refund. I will update this review once I have the refund.

Great service and products

Even though they didn't have the tile I wanted in stock they were very quick to let me know and also very quick to refund my payment. Great service.

Richard at Tilechoice Telford was just brilliant from the moment I went into the store and throughout the whole process. Recently bought tiles for kitchen and bathroom renovation. Went to the Kidderminster store where Richard and Amrik were very helpful. Amrik even contacted my tiler to double check the order for me. Above and beyond service. Thank you.

Would never use them again.
Went into administration in January lost all my money. Never received a penny back or my tiles, the new owners are still calling it tile choice, kept the same shop I purchased from open, same name. September now and nothing can be done. Disgusted with what I thought was a reputable company. Beware !

We went to the Worcester store for just a browse ended up ordering all the tiles we needed! The service the guys provided made up our minds on the day.

I can't recommend this store highly enough 5stars!!
