friendly greeting as we entered the shop... good choice of tiles... if it wasn't for an assistant who enquired if we needed help, we would have bought the wrong type of tile... we needed tiles for a hearth and surround for a log burner. we decided on a ceramic tile, then the assistant advised us that we needed a porcelain tile, otherwise the tile would crack with the heat. all the staff were very helpful.

You let me order and pay for over £800 worth of tiles that you were unable to supply as you say you have discontinued these tiles. These were still showing as in stock and still available to order 5 days after I placed my order. You took my money instantly upon ordering, but have not returned it instantly upon cancelling the order. You still have my money which I need, to order more tiles as I have a tiler booked 5 weeks ago, coming in three days time.

As a new and nervous customer, Tim at Tile Choice in Walsall, really helped me make some great choices with ease and no fuss. Will recommend and use this shop again. Thank you.

Found Adam and the team of staff to be professional and approachable. The store offered a wide range of tiles to suit choice and pocket. I did experience an issue regarding order not arriving on agreed day - this was reported to Adam and was dealt with straight away - really pleased with the excellent customer service. Spare tiles etc returned to the store - refund received a few days later. Overall a great shopping experience, will definitely use the store again in future projects. Thank you to the team.

Ordered tile arrived quickly and efficiently but I had to order a whole tile as at £4.99 it was so much cheaper than a sample at £14.99. Shipping and handling cost a further £7.99 and the one tile arrived in a huge box with lots of bubble wrap. In contrast, one of your competitors sent me two samples at 99p each, with free postage and far less waste of packaging!

Derby Tile Choice have been absolutely brilliant. Extremely patient whilst our renovation had some stops and starts and also with me trying to decide which tile to pick!! They really do have a great choice and their service is brilliant, Jamie was super helpful and friendly and communication about our order was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to re order from them again.

We went to the Kidderminster store looking for some replacement tiles that are no longer made. Lee was extremely helpful and helped us match the tile exactly. He then contacted your Birmingham store to reserve the tiles for us and arranged for the few extra spares to be delivered as well just in case we might want them. We came and collected them the following weekend.

Did not deliver the correct number of tiles. When I called them they admitted it was their mistake but were not able to get the tiles to me in time for the work mrn to complete the job. I ended up having to pay for the contracter to back an extra day. I think they should have sent the missing tiles out on a next day delivery but they didn't.
