Bradley, the Manager of Derby has been particularly helpful in sourcing the same batch of tiles which we needed more of. He arranged for these to be collected from Derby.

A further batch could not be sourced from Derby no matter how hard he tried. And he tried a lot! We collected these from another store but were very grateful for his help.

Tonnes of choice, both members of staff were really helpful. Hayden gave us a quote on our chosen tile and helped us through selecting grout and trims. Got our tiles for a great price and delivered in a couple of weeks when we will need them. Really pleased overall. Would shop again.

We visited Worcester Tile Choice in Sheriff Street. An excellent range of tiles on display. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Adam the Manager is very knowledgeable and gives good advice.

We visited Tile Choice in Derby in February 2024. We were impressed with the wide range of tiles and their quality and the price was affordable.

We had 2 bathrooms renovated so needed all the equipment to do so. Brad helped and supported us throughout and was excellent to deal with. He was very friendly, professional, thorough, went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied.

I would definitely highly recommend Tile Choice to anyone looking to purchase tiles.

Hayden at Tile choice Walsall has been absolutely lovely and helpful as I had no idea of what I wanted.He took me upstairs and helped me visualise what I want in my bathroom…his friendly and patient.

Fantastic experience at Tile Choice Kidderminster. The Assistant Manager, Richard handled my purchase and I could not have asked for a better service. He was very pleasant to speak to and really helpful from start to finish offering advice that I felt I could trust. When I realised I wanted to return some grout it seemed no problem to him at all. I am also very happy with my tiles and I will definitely be using this store for all my tile projects!

Paid for delivery on Tuesday and got it Wednesday. Emailed customer services and they couldn’t be bothered to reply.

I wanted 4sq metres of a certain tile to match the ones I purchased 12 months earlier. The representative at tile choice Coventry was extremely helpful and located sufficient tiles from other branches to be delivered to me in less than a week......brilliant service. John H.

Excellent service . Nothing too much trouble for them . Lots of advice on measurements and tiling advice if needed. Can’t rate the lads in store enough . That’s why we choose to go to this store for any tiling jobs , Great prices too on tiles .

I rang in the week to let them know what tiles I needed / how many. They had them ready when I went to collect them & couldn't do enough to help.

AVOID!! Will never order from Tile Choice again. Placed an order online 3 weeks ago with delivery booked for closer to refurb. 3 days before delivery I received an email telling me that they hadn’t enough tiles to fulfil the order so they’d have to be ordered from another depot so delivery was rescheduled for 4 days later than expected. At 4.30 the day before delivery I receive an email telling me that the warehouse had messed up my order so no delivery will be made of my order and a full refund would be processed the next day. Not even the courtesy of a telephone call to let me know or the option of replacement tiles and I have a tiler booked to fit tiles in 4 days. Absolutely fuming as to the lack of customer service or assistance they provide when things go wrong.

Always great service. Prices are competitive and a wide choice. To be honest we font look anywhere else as we almost end up buying form these guys. Amrik (apologies for the spelling if it’s wrong) is really friendly and helpful.
