Excellent service from Tileflair
Excellent service from Tileflair, Hedge End branch. We were very well looked after by Mateusz.
We had a complete refit and design of our bathroom and when it came to wall tiles and flooring Mat was on hand (on definitely more than one occasion!) to help with any queries we had. He went above and beyond with our order and helped with my decision making with keeping in mind our budget and the design we wanted. We are more than happy with the finished product and the design of our bathroom. Thanks again Mat for your customer service! We will be using Tileflair again for our en-suite!

Marcus at branch TF5 was excellent! Helpful, knowledgeable and very efficient. Helped us choose the tiles and accessories and explained all we needed to know about the tiles from fixing to cleaning/maintenance. We will be back for tiles for further rooms.

Saved The Day
We had the tile fitter here ready to start the bathroom and on opening the boxes, he noticed the floor tiles were a different colour than we actually ordered and didn't match the wall tiles.
We phoned our local Tileflair in Exeter and spoke to Riaan, who was very helpful and said he would look into it and call us back, as we had the tiler here waiting to do the job.
To cut it short, Riaan managed to source our tiles and within a short space of time say 20 -30 minutes, he was outside our property in his own car with the replacement tiles. He saved the day and was very polite and professional, else otherwise there would have been one unhappy tiler and one unhappy customer to deal with.
Thank you to Riaan and the team in the Exeter branch, your help was glady appreciated.. perhaps a van would be better suited to make heavy deliveries

The process from start to finish was excellent. Having chosen the tiles for our bathroom conversion, Leah was brilliant at calculating the number needed, the colour best suited for the grouting, edging and shelving. A very stress free process.

My tile samples have gone missing
I ordered some tile samples to collect in store on 31st of October had an email stating that they were on their way on 1st November. Went in to the store 8th November to see if they had an update or had the tiles which turns out they hadn’t received. The staff member I spoke to was surprised they weren’t yet in store she then found my order and wasn't sure what had happened I was then told to expect a call or email from a team in regard to this issue. It’s now 18th November and I am yet to hear anything. As it was only samples Im lucky that I have only lost a relatively small sum of money but does make me wary to put in a large order of tiles.

Great experience with Tileflair and Aaron in particular.
Was on a tight timeline and spoke Aaron to discuss delivery options. Gave honest advise that was there to support me. Once purchased was provided with updates about issue with availability. Again Aaron and the team were very honest and was so helpful.
Tiles were delivered when expected and I know that Aaron helped chase to make sure they arrived as soon as they could.
Tiles themselves are beautiful and exactly as pictured. Tiles are a bit more expensive than others but you are paying for quality and expert help. Will definitely recommend Tileflair and would use them again.

Helpful knowledgeable staff
We had a number of visits to the Reading branch (TF5) to decide on tiles for the kitchen and obtained a number of samples to help us colour match. Staff were very helpful during this process and also during the subsequent purchase of the tiles, trim, adhesive and grout and loading up the car.

Samples are brilliant, as are the staff
The staff at the Hedge End staff were so helpful, offering advice with no pressure - which means I will go back to order. The samples arrived quickly and whilst they sadly ruled out my favourite due to a colour clash it saved me from buying the wrong tile. All in all a great browsing experience and I can’t wait to see the tiles on the wall.
