Tileflair Gloucester - Paul & Aaron
I’ve been dealing with Paul and Aaron at Tileflair for years now, and honestly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Out of all the tile shops I’ve come across, this is the only one I stick with, simply because they’ve always gone above and beyond. They’re friendly, helpful, and know their stuff inside out, which makes the whole process so much easier. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they always make sure you get exactly what you need.
Over the years, they’ve consistently been reliable, professional, and genuinely great people to deal with. You can tell they really care about their customers, and that’s why I keep coming back. Can’t fault them at all – if you need tiles, Paul and Aaron are the guys to see.

Wow a brilliant tile warehouse
Wow a brilliant tile warehouse, right near where I live. Jackie was super, we were treated like important customers even though we only needed 3 large floor tiles. Good advice on laying them too, enabling me to purchase the cement and grout to complete the project.

The Gloucester branch of Tileflair is highly recommended
The Gloucester branch of Tileflair was well worth the trip from Cheltenham . Aaron, the manager and his colleague Paul were extremely helpful . There is a good range of tiles well displayed and we were offered helpful advice on trims and grouting once we had made a choice . Aaron kept in touch as the tiles were out of stock but in the event they arrived sooner than expected and were delivered to our home promptly. All in all a great experience.

Free delivery is kerbside .
Delivery man would only deliver to kerbside.Hundreds of £ worth of tiles left on roadside as too heavy for him.He left them with 76 yr old lady who lives on her own.Then he parked in neighbours parking spot for 25min on phone till he was asked to move.Just not good enough.
