Tile Kingdom is a family bussiness way down south which is a real long way from me in Scotland,i only wanted 1 super big porcelain slab and i spoke to Jane and she was superb👌she sorted out the perfect slab for me and it arrived after only 2 days without a mark on it.Super friendly n efficient n cannot rate the whole experience enough,thanks so much for all your help Jane🤗take care,all the best from Trev x x ✌

Ordered a sample however they placed an order in our name with another company, meaning that company has our personal data without our permission. Tile came chipped and cracked and they refused to refund us because its against their policy.

Thanks Graham for a great deal on tiles and materials, and for Kenneth’s number and he didn’t have a balaclava on giving me prices. Looking forward to May to get fitting thanks again.

Online stock count was incorrect, however I was quickly notified that stock was not available and offered a refund or to wait until stock was back in.

I needed a sample tile and it arrived by Royal Mail the day after I ordered it; very well packed - super service.
