Do not order from this company.

I've been waiting for over a month after they said my item was shipped. No answer to my numerous attempts to contact them. I might understand their scheduling problem, but they refuse to communicate with me. UPS shows a shipping label was created weeks ago, but the item was never delivered to them. Appears to be a total scam. Avoid.

I ordered a concealment mantle back on…

I ordered a concealment mantle back on January 10th, it was suppose to ship out in February, as of March 26 i have not received it. when i check my order it says label created, waiting for UPS to pick up. This was done on March 4th last update. I have sent several E-mails and have gotten no response. this the worst customer service i have ever dealt with.

Timber vaults customer service and quality

I purchased 2 timber vaults one did not have the usb power plug. I installed the smaller one and it worked great 5 times then it would not open again. I missed placed the backup power plug for this one. I emailed them and I was told to buy a new one off the website. I forgot to say none of the phone numbers work. I have now ordered a replacement one twice and they will not ship. I keep emailing them but they will not respond. I get an email stating your order is shipping and months later still nothing, the purchase never ships, but the following day they send advertisements to buy from them again. I would avoid this company it appears to be a scam. I now have to drill the mechanism in order to get in and get my gun. I will come up with a different locking method

I have written to them at least 6…

I have written to them at least 6 times. i ordered a black drop down shelf and a white one. i got the white one and not the black. i send to timbervaults a copy of the receipt and the UPS tracking sheet. i contacted UPS and they said only one was shipped. Timbervaults do not answer ever!!!

STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER!

I ordered the shelf on December 12 and it is now JANUARY 31 and I STILL don’t have my shelf. Every email has been answered but they just keep saying, “we got back logged and it should ship by the end of the week or next week” (Really would have been nice to know that without me having to ask where my order was!) After getting this response twice, they finally sent an email saying it had shipped but there is no tracking number for my shipment. It’s been a week since it “shipped” and still nothing!! VERY disappointed with this service! Hope the shelf itself is worth the wait!

Stay Far Away!! Won't refund money after product returned!

Ordered the concealed shelf and LED light kit. I experienced delays in shipping even when it said they were "in stock" online. "Discount" codes online didn't work until after sale expired. Took over 1 month to get the shelf (they never sent the light kit). The product was chipped on the corner, had paint runs on the front, and was not what the website described/showed. The foam that was supposed to hold a long rifle was 22in long and was not held in place in any way. It was completely loose in the shelf with only the front lip to stop the gun from sliding out when opened. I explained I was not happy and wanted a refund. They advised they had made revisions with the design and were sorry. The only quick communication was them emailing a return label. The shelf was returned and delivered Jan 10 to the manufacturer. I'm writing this Jan 28. They will not respond to my emails or voicemails about giving me my money back. Nearly 400 dollars stolen from these guys. Stay away!!!!!

Update: The day I posted this review, the company emailed me and advised they were refunding my money. I should see it in 3-5 business days. It is business day 11 with nothing. I emailed yesterday to find out why it hasn't been refunded. No answer.
