Been waiting for my refund for eight months. Their product was nothing like they advertised. Missing parts and poorly made.

I’d give 0 stars if possible. I asked multiple times about eta of my shelf I ordered in June! For reference, today is September 14th. I just kept getting emails from “Mary” saying, in one way or another, that the shipment was en route. Then that they’d refund my money if the shipment didn’t start moving, then they’d refund later in the week. Nothing but them giving me the runaround. They created a shipping label, but never gave my item to UPS. Here I am, coming up on close to a month after the shipping label was created, and still nothing. Scammers is what they are.

My wife ordered one of the shelf units with a light and paid the money for it.
It then took over 10 weeks to get the product. When she contacted TimberVaults, it would take days to get a response and the response did not give any information like when the product would ship or a tracking number.

Once the shelf did arrive, it was damaged in one corner and the shelf would not close.
Again, my wife contacted TimberVaults and again it took days before she got a response.
They asked for pictures of the damage which my wife sent promptly. Still no response. TimberVaults finally indicated they were going to send a tech support person out to fix the problem. We were never contacted. It has now been 90 days and we still do not have a product we can use. This unit is worthless.

Summary. TimberVaults looks like a great product, but don't be fooled. After they take your money and you wait forever with no information on the delivery time or tracking info and the product arrives damaged with no response from TimberVaults, this is not a good company to work with. There are other companies that make the same type of shelf. I highly recommend NOT using TimberVaults.com

i order a shelf, got it no hardware or instructions, hung the shelf it doesn't even close, website said easy and quick returns i have been waiting for over a month for my credit and still nothing.

I ordered in April. It is now August. No shelf. No communication. This is a scam.

2 1/2 months later and I still don't have it. I ordered a gun shelf on May 15, it didn't arrive until 6-30, and even then it was missing critical pieces! We are now into Aug 1st, and I still do not have the missing pieces, cannot use the shelf. Customer services is AWFUL, they do NOT respond to phone calls, only email! I do NOT recommend using this company

Credit card was charged immediately upon placing order. A "tracking #" was created, but nothing was ever shipped now 2 months later. Email(s) were ignored. I suspect this is a fraudulent enterprise

Why do I even have to put 1 star, this company has given me the run around since May, 2023
We haven't forgot about you your order is being shipped tomorrow, then next week.
I am going to contact my bank to see what I can do about a refund.

My review is the same as all the others. I wish I had come here first. Placed order, never got shipping info, emailed a few times and got false shipping promises for the following weeks. Still nothing so I am now in a PayPal dispute. Stay away.

"Pre-Ordered" to obtain a discount. Failed to ship as promised. They said would ship 2 weeks ago and didn't. Requested cancelation & refund. Poof! Received email unit shipping in process.
Received unit yesterday in apparently good condition (no damage to flimsy box).
Clearly, it shipped with the door open. Reason: the door will not (can not) close since the locking mechanism is misaligned! You can't adjust it. Additionally, there is no foam padding for the compartment.
Nice design but quality control and product availability is poor.
Returning in same flimsy box and plastic wrap it was sent in.

DO NOT BUY, this is a scam. Not sure what happened with this company but they are taking peoples money and will not ship you the product or refund you. I waited 2 months for my gun safe and every time I called they said it would ship next week. Never shipped. Finally I asked for a refund 3 times over 3 weeks, never got my money back. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

ordered this on march 4 2023 and keep emailing them and asking when it would ship same thing every time we notified our team and it should ship next week i been waiting 2 months now getting a refund

I had the same issues as others, false promises on delivery, they take payment and then do not ship. Promising it will go out and never does. They have told me 3 times it will ship first thing that week, then the same response the following week and so on and so on. This is not a company, it's a scam. I will report to BBB and ask PayPal for refund. If your thinking of purchasing from Tumbervault, DON'T. YOU WILL BE SCAMMED.

Ordered on February 22. Contacted with a email a week and a half ago. I was told the shelf would be sent early this week. It is Thursday evening and not even a tracking number. I found nothing but bad reviews. I should of checked before I ordered. Do yourself a favor, and look elsewhere.

Ordered the Large concealed mantle and paid the additional shipping (live in Alaska) directly from Timbervault, after approx 5 WEEKS of waiting for it to be shipped, I cancelled. One excuse after another, weather, factory issues.

Purchased over their website and have emailed them and called and left messages and no response. Questions about shipment, date expected etc. Zero response! I'll be contacting my credit card company for a reverse charge. You would think a week would be good enough to hear back.
