My order of a bvlgari watch was recieved as per the description but has stopped working after less than 10 uses and just over 1 month.
The customer care do not assist after an initial email response and are willing to assist further.

Quality and guarantee are assured but this is not my experience and hope that the timepiece is genuine as stated.

I now have my doubts and appalled at the service recieved after reading all the so called credible reviews!!!

I was very delighted to find a rare and discontinued A Lange & Söhne piece with reasonable price on Timepeaks. I quickly registered an account, clarified a question and placed my order. A few days later, my package arrived and I am very pleased with my purchase.

The buying experience has always been a breeze. And I always feel safe buying from Timepeaks. In fact, this is the 3rd watch I've bought from Timepeaks. And they've always came to me in better condition than I'd expected from the description.

However, I've find that in the past year or so, the prices have gone up so much that many of the pre-owned pieces are more expensive than new ones. I really hope that you'll look into the recent pricing of your watches.

Using the 'buy it now' option I purchased an Omega Seamaster 2234.50. The transaction was very easy and the watch arrived in California much earlier than I expected.

I took it to my watch repair guy in Del Mar and he confirmed that it was in very good shape and within +/- 5 sec/day.

I am very happy and will use this site for any future purchases.

I bought a zenith el primero but it came to me borken(not running). I went to a watch repair shop. luckily it happens to be a screw that fell off, which is a easy fix. but I'm very disappointed in timepeak's support service.I don't get any response back until I chased them for two days. I have bought 4 watches from them but the only response is telling me there is nothing wrong with the watch and I need to wind the watch? i'm really disappointed in their effort to help your customer. absolutely the worst customer service. no effort to resolve issues at all.

Very good experience, from Japan to Italy in few days, no problems during the entire shipping period and the product is in very good condition. 5/5!

Sure its a great site to bid on, but if you're an English speaker and in my case needed a refund, no one speaks English. This is ridiculous for a high end watch auction site targeting english speaking clients even if we are in the minority. Its been 2 days and still no refund. I bought a watch and was told it was sold elsewhere.

I deal with several online auction sites and reseller sites and so far Timepeaks is my top recommendation.

Biggest reason is that it takes the trouble to screen the watches you buy before they are sent to you. I have had several transactions stopped by Timepeaks because on inspection, the watches weren’t in the advertised condition or the sellers were judged not reliable. It is not in Timepeaks’ interest to stop a sale as they forgo their fee and have to go to the trouble to administer a full refund. But it is clearly playing a long game by putting buyer interest first; and with me it is working.

I would also add Timepeaks is a great way to shop the numerous watch dealers in Japan and that opens the door to rarely seen models and limited editions, often in pristine condition.

I have bought 4 watches from Timepeaks. All 4 have been better then the discription said eg over my expectations.
One of them ( automatic ) have bad reserve, it stops after only 6 hours, but that watch is 26 years old so it’s not That strange.

Transactions have been smooth and communication okey.
