Excellent service, easy process, watch was as advertised

I have made multiple purchases with Timepeaks and it was very pleasant. Staffs responses are usually quick and to the point. No hidden fees with quick and secure shipping.

The only thing you have to fully understand is the Item Type, as it affects the turn around time.

I bought a Tag Heuer SEL and it is clearly fake. Timepeaks claims that they validate authenticity by buying the watches then verifying whether they are fake or not. Clearly this wasn't done and now I have to jump through hoops to see if it is real. I have owned 5 various SEL models over the years and you can tell something is off. I would gladly pusue the long route if they had in fact done their due diligence as stated on their website. I would be wary of buying a really expensive watch from here.

Up front fees and charges. Easy to use. Has to select a better domestic courier for my country Singapore. Singpost or Singapore post was selected which is the worst courier of all. Never felt safe when my items are with singpost

same as the other reviewer found a good deal on watch and the timepeaks thieves decide to keep it. how do i know this? they couldnt supply me documents on sale of item. dont waste your time with these crooks, aka timepeaks.

I've sold and purchased several watches through Timepeaks, and have nothing but great things to say about their service and professionalism. I currently live in Tokyo and have had the privilege to stop by their offices in Shibuya on a few occasions. Great people, great service, great watches.

Great products and very competitive pricing, I purchased an older Speedmaster from Timepeaks and the product was in very good condition and arrived quickly to my home in Auckland, New Zealand. Will definitely use this site again.

First purchase through Timepeaks. All went extremely well and the watch was delivered as advertised (Omega Speedmaster Racing). As a foreign buyer its hard to extract more details from the often linked weblinks and the watch information on the Timepeaks site can be very limited. For growth in the International market, improvements in that respect are recommended, especially if wanting to compete with Chrono24 which appears to have the Lionshare of the market.

Recently purchased an Oris Divers 65 Bronze Bezel(used) and a Seiko Credor GCBT 993(used) from Timepeaks..the watches were as advertised and they were both shipped professionally ..it was a pleasure dealing with Timepeaks and I look forward to doing business with them in the near future..

I bought a JDM GS SBGA041 from a Rakuten auction and are super happy with the watch and the way TimePeaks handled the transaction. The condition of the watch was at least as good as described and in fact better than expected.

I did not have to pay shop tax, which I would have done if I had used buyee.com and also the correct insurance cover was automatically applied on shipping.

I was very impressed with the speed any issues that came up were dealt with and questions responded to via the chat. For example for this transaction there was a delay between me buying and paying through the app, and the actual purchasing of the watch (4 days as I remember) due to the Rakuten listing not actually starting until a later date. This was explained to me over the chat.

I would definitely use this service again. Many thanks.

It’s is my best online app however,
1- very slow in Internationa shipping they do a lot of mistakes with writing the correct address.
2- I bought and item once and after payment they claim that the watch is no longer available and they refund me my money but I think that was not quality or fair . It was a gift for someone and I got embarrassed!

yeah i am very happy with Timepeaks. I ordered 2 Casio Oceanus watches and both purchases went though without any major problem. Got the watches and i am super happy.

So yeah I would definitely buy a watch at timepeaks again. It's a trustworthy shop.

But If you want to make your website more professional looking, then hire a native english speaker to improve the english on the website. Sometimes the english is so bad that it raises questions, especially duing the first order process.

I bought my Seiko Astron through Timepeaks and I had no issues. The watch came in better condition than seen in the pictures. After getting it professionally polished, the watch looks brand new.

It was my first purchase on Timepeaks and it was a success.

This is my second purchase with Timepeaks. The first purchase actually didn't go through after I've paid up due to stock issues and I was promptly refunded, giving me the confidence to proceed with my second purchase.
