Bought 2 watches from Timepeaks and the whole process was easy and convenient. Both watches arrived quickly and very well packaged and both were in excellent condition, even better than I expected. Will definitely buy from them again in the future.

First time buy on timepeaks but very disappointed cause recive wacth with scratches at watch screen. Why can this happen because timepeaks say check by professional.. Very bad servis negligent

I've never used Timepeaks, but having visited the shops of Japan before, the concept made sense. The watch I purchased was in amazing condition, looked brand new even though it's almost 20 years old. However, a few criticisms

1) the pictures on the site seem to be of a consistent format. While this is uniform, it makes it difficult to tell what condition watch you will be getting. More closeups at least to show the details would be great

2)international shipping is slow. My purchase took 2 weeks to come in

3) Updates after purchase. This was a pleasant surprise for me; the listing only had the watch, and said no box or papers. So imagine my surprise when I opened my package and I had both! If Timepeaks is going to go through the effort of verifying the watch, they should send you updates pictures and description

4)If you are this far, you already know this, but the website is difficult to search on. The website is clearly built on a filtered backend, but there is no way to actually use these filters. You just have to hope you get lucky when you search, as the details provided by the sellers can be slim to none. Luckily, once you find a watch, you can rest assured you will be receiving an amazing piece, but for the fees paid, the website could use improving. I plan on continuing to try to shop here, even if the searching is difficult

Having not purchased anything via Timepeaks, I was a little apprehensive. However, Ican say now that things are complete and I have received my item, that I am more than pleased with how things worked. The communication was 1st rate even despite the language difference. Once the purchase was initiated, it was easy to follow the steps of the process. Item arrived in fantastic shape and at this point, ai couldn't be more pleased. Will definitely look to do more business through TimePeak.

The transaction was very smooth with notifications in every step of the process. The quality of the watch is very good, no scratches at all, accuracy is much better than the official spec. I am super happy with my purchase and I can highly recommend the Timepeaks service !!

This is my first time using Timepeaks for buying a watch from abroad & through auction. Before i using Timepeaks, i try to find a review about it, every review that i read said that Timepeaks is a trustworthy seller & also the price is very reasonable.
The condition of the watch match the description, stress-free because the Timepeaks team is always updated the status of the watch, and if you asking about the watch they will response in no time. Last but not least, their apps really makes everything easier.

Just received my GS watch, bought via Timepeaks. This is my first luxury watch I tell you, supposed to be nervous for a first timer spending huge sum buying luxury watch from oversea.... but no, it had been a pleasant experience. Timepeaks is recommended, I'll go back.

My first experience buying from Timepeaks and I am really pleased with the service. First off, the watch condition is as described. I did requested for more pictures when Timepeaks received the watch from the seller and they did as requested. The watch condition is as described too.
Shipping was pretty fast too. One thing I wish they could offer is different mode of shipment. Instead of using EMS, maybe add in options like DHL or Fedex.

Watch was in better condition than expected. Shipped from Japan faster than USPS ships from California. Customer service was prompt and helpful. Couldn't have really asked for more.

Came across Timepeaks while searching for a Omega 3559.32. Found a few on auction and could easily save as favourites as i contemplate making a bid or offer.

Had my doubts on making an online purchase especially on a site i wasn't yet familiar with. The price was really competitive for the model which made it more appealing to give it deeper consideration. A guarantee that the watch is authentic helps but trust is hard earned.

With the watch now in hand, it looks and feels really good and believe that the watch is authentic. Time will tell when i bring the watch to the service center but until then, ignorance is bliss.

Understanding the site was easy. There is always an information button next to the description to explain what it means. I found that Item Type is something important to understand though i admit that i just went with what was a "normal item" as it was just easier to have to think less.

The experience was really good. Questions asked were replied to quickly and when i won the auction, the email instructions on payment and next steps were clear.

Delivery was fast and without fuss. Not relevant to the service from TimePeaks, but EMS post tracking experience though could be better. To track the delivery, i first had to check through the Japan EMS site, then once its leaves the custom, the update stops there. To follow up, i had to track it then on the local Singapore EMS site and followed the progress.

While i don't make frequent purchases for watches, last purchase was 5 years ago, i would revisit TimePeaks if i was searching for that something which is more uncommon and unavailable locally.

For those more price sensitive, you should know that i saved almost $2.5K from my next considered option on the same model from another online watch site. And that's after delivery, auction fee, and local taxes.

Its a good site and hopefully this review helps to clarify some doubts.

Easy to use and able to ask questions before purchase. The only hidden cost will be the GST. Would be good if the purchase could be processed without any local tax. Watch came as shown and is my first GS in my collection. Delivery was good and watch box is packed well.
