My first order, but not my last. Kiln dried Oak is excellent and burns very well. Came packaged very well with prompt delivery. Perfect sized logs. Very happy.

First time using Timports and hornbeam. Logs were a good price and quick delivery. Normally use ash and birch but these logs are the best of both worlds. They light well and burn bright and long. Overall a better burn. Will definitely use again.

Another excellent delivery of logs. This time I went for the beech and oak combo pallet which really filled up my log store. I have tried the oak in my stove and they are great, as is the beech which I already have a good stock of.

I’ve been buying wood from this company for several years and I’m convinced that it is the best kiln-dried wood I’ve ever had. I buy oak now but I’ve had other species from them in the past and it’s just great for my wood burner. I use very little kindling to start my fires because the wood arrives cling filmed and is incredibly dry so needs little in the way of kindling before I have a roaring fire and a very warm cottage.

Had a phone call from Timports a short time ago to explain I had left the submission form on their wooden planks site not their log site ! I didn’t even know they sold planks. Anyway it appears that the fire lighters used to come out in boxes of 25 but they ran out of them and moved across to boxes of 50 but never let me know, so not short of a box at all, just a misunderstanding. All good and friends again and to prove it I’ve given four stars not the original three 🤭
I’ve been using this supplier for a while now, in general I’ve been quite happy with their products and service, okay everyone can do better but I’ve had no real issues. However, there always is a however isn’t there! Anyway my last order included two boxes of kindling and two boxes of fire lighters, well it should have included them but unfortunately it appeared it was missing a box.
I reported the missing item on the day of delivery via the online submission form and okay it’s only been three working days and a weekend but to date not a word from customer service? The three other items were very carefully wrapped up with one pallet of logs.

Delivered on time, same driver as previous delivery who again was polite and very helpful. Shame the product has gone up slightly but understandable with what's happening in the world at present but still very good value for money.

Timports is fantastic, however I have an issue with the company that they use to deliver the wood and therefore reflects the star rating

The quality of the logs seem good but won't know until we start burning them next year - the last consignment were very similar.

Good choice of products, easy to order & delivered as agreed & on time. So overall a good experience. Will definitely use them again as long as price remains competitive.
