Would recommend this company
This is the first time we have used this company. It was a pre order for the hornbeam logs which had a delay of several weeks, saying that the logs were delivered on the date given. Logs are of various sizes thick ones and thin ones. The delivery driver was extremely helpful he dropped the pallet off logs has close to the garage has we had requested on the order. Has yet we have not had to light a fire due to the weather being warmer. Will update the review on the quality of the logs later.

A brilliant company
A brilliant company. Personal, accurate comms and they go out of their way to support their customers. Also, they have a close relationship with their transport company unlike some companies who dissociate themselves from the courier. Also, their wood burns better than any other I’ve experienced.

We have used Timports for several years…
We have used Timports for several years and have been very satisfied with the quality of the firewood (hornbeam and oak ruff briquettes). The base pallet that it comes on has on occasion proved a little weak if not handled carefully in transit.
