Love my wig!! I requested a smaller sizing cap and they gave me it. Also the hair is nice & long & a properly density it’s enough for a natural look i can’t to do the install will be ordering again in the future xoxo. Delivery time was outstanding as well as customer servicing.

Very fast delivery. Seller is very responsive. The wig I ordered was top-tier. The hair is very soft. Everything is done and ready to go. You can put it on and walk out the door. The packaging was done with care. The wig comes with a strap to secure it so that you don’t have to glue it down and an extra comb.& the lace is undetectable. I will be ordering from here again. I’m so happy with my purchase.

This is the o ly hair company I will be using from now on and I haven’t even had the pleasure of trying on the newest wig i just purchased. I logged into my Tinashe website to find me a new wig, I wasn’t paying attention to the shipping address so I sent it to the wrong address. The next morning i woke up I sent Tinashe a email letting them know what I had done. They responded within 4 hours letting me know that they would do all they can to correct the address. Needless to say I got my hair! They were all so kind and so helpful throughout this process. I am grateful for Tinashe’s customer service which is why I will only buy from them from now on. Thank you guys again.

5 stars is not enough! This hair is just perfect 😍. Very soft and very minimal shedding, barely any. I purchased the balayage wig and it’s exactly like the picture it did not disappoint. My 3rd time purchasing hair from this company and I still have my wig from last year when i purchased back in 2025. With proper care the wigs last. Thank you again tinashe hair !

I’m a first time customer and my experience was great. I noticed after I ordered that my shipping address was incomplete. I emailed and they had it taken care of before it shipped. The order arrived 5 days later which is good. I love this wig and I’ve gotten so many compliments on it. They wanted to know where I bought it so I gave them the Tinashe Hair website. 🙂

This what is my first time ordering from this company and i haven’t installed yet but I would say that the hair was really soft and it did come already prepared to just put on which i love🥰🥰 and they were very communicative very helpful with my order so I would definitely recommend this company. This is the absolute worst hair company. Please do not buy from them go somewhere else they hassle you to keep their hair that is very thin. It takes so long to come. It’s never the hair that’s on the site. Do not buy from them at all then they want to scam you and trick you into keeping their hair that’s already damaged once you want to return they stopped replying oh and the moneyback guarantee is not a guarantee because they want you to pay to ship it all the way back for their mistakes

Do not shop with Tinashehair especially if you need to return the wig. Tinashehair is a dishonest wig shop. I placed a $427.14 order for 2 wigs. One was on back order. The one that they shipped looked nothing like the wig on their website. I was very disappointed. I paid to ship it back. I asked that they cancel the wig on back order & refund in full. They sent me $187 & kept the rest of my money. I now have to contact my credit card company because they refuse to reimburse me. They want to ship the wig that was on backorder even after I ask them to cancel. Very Shady company
