Hair is 100% natural

Hair is 100% natural , soft hair , pre plucked and pre customized as indicated !! The curls are also pretty good , just redefine to your liking . overall nice wig !!! The color burgundy is super nice !! I love the variety of the color in different lightings.

Amazing communication

They are super proactive & responsive to any issue (ex: hair color being out of stock, making a replacement, refunding differences, etc.). The hair is also GORGEOUS! Several compliments. I 1000% will be reordering.

The shipping was excellent

The shipping was excellent. It came just in time for Christmas. The customer service was excellent. I was able to communicate with the vendor easily. The hair is so soft and fluffy. It looks like a blowout. I love this hair it fits perfectly and I have a small head. So even adjusting the half wig there are no lumps or bumps. It’s definitely a shake and go wig. No tangles and no shedding.
