Let me start by saying that it’s the…

Let me start by saying that it’s the fifth time that I order from them. This time it took a month to arrive compared with the usual “up to a week for international deliveries”. But you know what? I ain’t mad!
Every other time they have delivered, and sent exactly what I ordered. And even added some wine coupons.
This time, in the middle of a pandemic and Brexit... the package still arrived. The products were in perfect conditions, and everything I ordered was there.
I have ordered in the U.K. (London and Edinburgh) and also internationally (Spain).
I will keep ordering from them.
Prices are fantastic, delivery has been on time or early 4/5 times.
I just trust them.

Best Customer Service

My parcel didn't arrive due to a mishap with Royal Mail - understandable with a pandemic going on and everything that entails. The staff at Tingle were so incredibly helpful, especially Joao who I dealt with via email! They replied quickly, looked into what had happened, and sent out a replacement order as soon as they realised the first had got lost in the post. Due to the pandemic as many staff were working from home as possible but they still gave excellent customer service and were friendly and efficient. When things go well with an order it's great, but when something goes wrong you can really tell how good a company are by how they deal with it, and I would give Tingle 10/10.

Got too much hassle with the order

Got too much hassle with the order. I eventually cancelled. Customer service on the phone was helpful. Mail, well... I wasn’t satisfied.

We are very sorry you feel this way. But has explained previously we couldn't bring prices down to what you wanted. We were running a discount campaign offering 25% all our catalog. Even we opened an exception for you and offered a possibility to get 40% off.

The stock we had a special price was no longer available.

We operated in the way you requested and always focusing towards you, remaining highly educated.

We did try our best and we're sorry you were not satisfied.

Great Service!

Edit: I received a quick response from Tingle and were very helpful. My package was lost, but they sent another 1st class which came the next day. Great service!

I ordered my package and paid for the delivery which was supposed to be 2-3 days. I'm still waiting a week after. Not the fault of Tingle, but for the delivery charge, I expected better.

I contacted Royal Mail Business Support and we were advised that the parcel has been lost in transit.

We have contacted you via email, with the details of your reshipment order.
Royal Mail services are often very good, however due to the National Lockdowns and their shortness of staff, some of their services have suffered delays. We will ensure this does not happen with your reshipment order by upgrading you delivery to a more secure service.

Placed order over 1 week ago

Placed order over 1 week ago, order has not arrived. They charge you for delivery and promise 2nd class delivery 2-3 days. Next time will order off Amazon! -UPDATE the issue has now been resolved the steps take by the customer services dept and the reasoning was satisfactory. An example of positive proactive steps.

Orders placed are always sent out the same day, or anything placed after 2pm is sent out the following day.
Unfortunately once it leaves our premises it’s in the hands of Royal Mail who, on the whole are fantastic and deliver on time, but on the odd occasions delays have happened.
