Firstly, let me apologise that you have not received your order we always dispatch orders on the same day as the order is placed unless the order is placed after 6pm then it’s the following morning
We use Royal Mail to ship out all our orders and overall, they are great but on the odd occasion orders have not been delivered on time or not at all, this is something we are working on to rectify.

Mistake in customer service amended
I made an order from here asking for express delivery (1-2 working days) and paid £4 for the privilege. However the package was sent second class, 2 days after request. On request for customer services regarding this matter, no reply was received.
Edit: I was offered a full refund after the vendor acknowledged their mistake and so have upgraded from 1-4 stars.
