Thank you for your feedback! Our interests are very aligned - the higher we sell your tickets for, the more our business makes. Some games will experience challenges selling given lower resale value teams, team performance, key injuries, day of the game, etc. We work diligently to remove outliers from your pricing, so often times higher list prices you see on other platforms may be well overpriced and unlikely to sell. We do appreciate your feedback and hope to return the results you are looking for!
Could be a little bit better
I've been with TiqAssist for close to 3 years now. The total fee's are close to 25% which are way too high to me. I don't recall them being so much in the beginning. Listing tickets early (for example in March for football) does not always show to be the best in prices. I would also like to see some weekly or monthly metrics on the fluctuation of ticket prices or markets. Using the web version is super easy. Payment is very simple. The lack of an android app is a bit of a let down (can't speak for iOS).

I have been using TiqAssist to sell my NFL Season Tickets
I have been using TiqAssist to sell my NFL season tickets for several years now. It's so nice not to have to deal with listing my tickets on Stubhub or Ticketmaster (TiqAssist does that for me). Their platform is easy to use and I can quickly list, or "unlist", my tickets for sale. They consistently get top dollar for the games I'm selling, and I have never been stuck with unsold tickets, even if I'm listing them at the last minute. When my tickets do sell, TiqAssist sends a quick recap of why my seats sold for the price they did. I deal with Colin at TiqAssist and always gets right back to me if I have a questions - great communication!

Trusting Reliable Premium Ticket Resale company
Great company - attentive to my needs to resell my excess Dodger Season tickets. No hard sell, everyone at TiqAssist is there to help. I hate paying another commission to sell my excess tickets but it is a small price to pay to have access to over 12 LA Market resale platforms to sell my tickets, something unavailable to the typical reseller. I especially like that ticket sale prices go up over time as market conditions dictate via their proprietary algorithm. Unlike my knee jerk reaction to intuitively lower my sale price over time if the tickets do not sell. I have personally seen my ticket prices go up and subsequently sell, putting more money into my pocket. With TiqAssist, you are in the drivers seat at all times. If I feel the sale price is too low, I can delist my tickets, wait until the price goes up and then re-list with a click of a bottom on their very user friendly app.
I was initially hesitant to constantly use their app/services initially, but after two years, TiqAssist has repeatedly earned my trust and confidence.

TiqAssist First Impressions
I've always sold my tickets through Ticketmaster... until now!
I wanted to try TiqAssist but I was a little concerned that they needed direct access to my account, including passwords. So I thought I'd vet the entire process first.
I delisted a preseason game at Ticketmaster (always a tough sell) and listed with TiqAssist... It sold within 3 days and I got $15/ticket more than Ticketmaster.
Remember that you will need to give SSN details. This is a new tax requirement that I was unaware of, so I called and talked to a very friendly and knowledgeable CSR who explained everything to my satisfaction. She explained who actually receives my tax info and assured me that my info would not be sold. I am very confident that my details remain private with TiqAssist and their tax preparer.
Now TiqAssist is my one stop shop to sell tickets; it's super easy to load, list and track my tickets, and they give you a full breakdown of fees.
I highly recommend TiqAssist and have complete confidence in their services.
